Overall Good

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every. One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

A Good College Experience with Opportunities for Learning and Growth

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.

PMIST: Best Private college in Thanjavur

Pros: this college has a well-maintained infrastructure. The surrounding is very good. The teachers are well qualified and supportive of students. They try to help students to the best way they can. Canteen facilities and hostel facilities are also well maintained. Cons: this college lacks in placement offers. Placements are there but they are not satisfactory. Also, the major language used in the college is Tamil though teachers teach in English only it is a little difficult for other state students those who don't understand Tamil. The admission process is smooth. They don't charge anything extra. You can apply for it online as well as offline. This college is one of the best colleges in Thanjavur. Bus facility is also there. So you opt for it....Read More
