Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination (TNPCEE) - 65.54 % - Due to loaction and facility provided.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

B- pharmacy: 4 - year course: general batch: half the course time involves lab works. Every day 6 hours college time in which 3 hours in practicals. Exposed to handle all type of experimental models which are used in real time industries.

Internships Opportunities

My college motivated me to do internship on industries. I opted 6 months of internship on ttk health care pvt ltd, they did not offer stipend. But they explained all the process followed in industries.

Placement Experience

3.5

After the course completion they arranged placement services where many companies like CIPLA, RANBAXY, etc came to interview students. The course offers me varies job oppurnities like quality control analyst, research scientist, formulation scientist, pharmacist, etc

College Events

3

Pharmacy week celebration during the all the four years. Fresh years party, birtyday parties, educational trip biyearly, industrial visit, sports day yearly, university culturals.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students who are in need and financially challenged are provided scholarship based on the mark scored upto rs. 5000/year. Bank loans are also arranged to students who cannot pay the full fee .

Campus Life

4

If you are looking for world class facilities and the ability to use them, you have come to the right place. The college has very good lab facilities and students are encouraged to use them as much as they can for projects (there's a caveat here which i'll get to later) and other non-curricular activities.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumini association is based off a concept stemming from a student-led capital raising campaign in 1920. Almost all the pass-out students are a part of alumini associations.

Exam Structure

Yearly once university exam, 2 months once we have bi monthly tests. BI weekly we have test conducted at the class. In the unversity exam if a student fails in 3 or more subjects he will barred to attend 6 months of class of the next year.
