Entrance Preview
I kept to get into this prestigious college and I gave the VITEE entrance exam. It was in the year 2008 I wrote this exam, but I was not able to clear it and I got 10000 ranks. I didn't lose my hope and I applied for my masters again in the same college and I was selected through counselling. The college has excellent infrastructure, well equipped, good faculties and great exposure.
Course Curriculum Overview
We have a Flexible system of education, more a project-oriented course which gave me good exposure to the field. The course was well planned and got an interest to learn more.
Internships Opportunities
I did my internship out of college to gain more practical experience and I was not offered any stipend as I was not yet qualified for it. Usually, the college pays a stipend of 6000.
Placement Experience
The placements were good and as I am from a science background, very few companies came but we were exposed to many conferences.So that we can have an idea in our career.
College Events
We had our freshers day and farewell which was the best ever fun we had. Our batch was the best in our department. We gave freshers party to our juniours and it was total fun and bond we had with all our colleagues and professors.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was expensive but it was managed when compared to other institutions. We have an annual fee of 75000 for the course. It was manageable.
Fees and Financial Aid
There were loans and scholarships awarded but I didn't avail any. Loans were provided with the assistance of the bank.
Campus Life
The campus life is excellent, enjoyable. We have had a great time inside the campus meeting different people. There were various food courts and outdoor games facilities. We always had fun hanging around and it was a naturally established campus
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is good and all the alumni are well connected throughout the world. There are many events happening that keep them active. I am being alumni, look forward to doing something.
Exam Structure
The exam was a little hectic but it never overlapped in any of our other activities. We had a flexible system so the exams were easy. We were awarded credits rather than marks.
Faculty
All the faculties are well educated and they are from many prestigious colleges around the world. They had their own facilities to do their projects, very supportive and friendly.
