Entrance Preview

For M.SC no need to give any entrance. Without entrance and based in our UG scored marks so depends on merit we'll get the seat. In VIT no entrance exam for all MSc courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

In M.Sc there will be a list of elective courses in that only we have to select the course. Also, there is another option M.Sc electronics students can select any subject from MCA and few subjects from M.Tech.

Internships Opportunities

For M.Sc not much but we can do our 6 monthly projects under any faculty. But no stipend and we will get all the lab facilities to do our projects.

Placement Experience

M.Sc placements and job opportunities are the very less the maximum number of students will go abroad to their Ph.D. or in India only they will do their Ph.D. But few students will go for a job.

College Events

There are two main events one is gravitas and the second one is Rivera. Both events are include technical, cultural, and many more, to participate in an event so many students are coming from other universities and also abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

Only toppers will get the scholarship. And loans I have no idea. I guess there is an option for a loan and education loan.

Campus Life

I enjoyed it a lot this campus everyday evening there will be some event. Also, the full campus is fully green. The campus is separated by two equal parts by a train track.

Faculty

The faculty are very friendly. Also, they have well experienced also maximum all faculty's are Ph.D. holders. In VIT we can meet any faculty in any department we can do our project under any faculty and any school.

Helpful Internships with Practical Exposure

Likes

Experienced and supportive faculty who guide well in both theory and practicals. They are approachable for doubts and research guidance.
Well equipped chemistry labs, library and clean campus. Good infrastructure for science students with modern instruments and facilities.
Safe women-only campus with good campus life. Regular seminars, workshops and events help in overall personality and career development.

Dislikes

Being a girls college, exposure to mixed-gender events and industry networking is less compared to co-ed colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It covers all core Chemistry subjects with good lab work. I chose this course for strong academics and research scope. The syllabus helps for higher studies and competitive exams like NET, SET. Practicals help in real applications. Exams are held each semester. Difficulty is moderate and most students clear easily,More workshops and industry training can be added for improvement.

Likes

The main thing I like about the college is discipline.
All my teachers were good and guided and motivated all in a right way.

Dislikes

The main improvement needed is the placement and recruitment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very well structured. Some modern methods can be implemented like smart class. We'll have exams every month.Internal exams will be for 2 hrs and semester exams for 3 hours. The difficulty level of exams will be on an average scale.

Best of my life

Likes

Every Thursday we had moral instruction classes .this session very useful for me and personally improved my strength
Very different teaching methods,they explained the topic short and easy point that are very easy to understand quickly.
I loved my library lot of books is there, maintanence...very good.

Lot of job opportunities including medical and chemical field..I would like to say to improve instumental area .I didn't face any difficult level because..our faculty members already guided me how to face all struggle situation and how to write exam..

Likes

The college has a huge and well maintained infrastructure.
All the faculties are very friendly and supportive
The college is also providing good placement with high packages.

Dislikes

I feel the fees of various self financed course are too high.
The college hostel fee is also very high compared to other college hostels.
The events and other cultural programs in the college is very minimal.

Placement Experience:

The college provides a very good placement for the students. they are providing placements for final year students of various courses. The highest package offered was 20 lakh per year and the average package was 5 lakh per year.

College timing 08.30 Am -01.30 Pm it is an big advantage for the students to develop their extra skills courses and also part time jobs It is vey useful for many students but it's also drawback for some peoples.
