Course Curriculum Overview

The 2 years are divided into 4 semesters. The first two semesters have 4 subjects each including a mathematical subject. The third semester has 1 compulsory subject, 2 optional subjects and a dissertation. The last semester has 3 optional subjects and a dissertation. The dissertation is purely research based and holds a lot of credit.

Placement Experience

4.5

The opportunities provided are great. The students are well qualified to work with big corporate organizations as well as research organizations. Some of the well known organizations that hire are RMS, The Economist, CHEORS, RBS. Many also choose to pursue doctoral degrees from various international universities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In the first semester they take a tuition fee of ?30747 and an admission fee of ?6988. The other semesters only comprise of ?30747 and others of ?50. This means a total of 1.3 lakhs which is pretty reasonable.

Campus Life

Many events are celebrated here to keep the student crowd interested and engaged. The best one is their annual fest Euphoria. Many others like SAARC food fest, charter day and many seminars are also organized.

Hostel Facilities

There are hostels available for those who live outside the NCR region. The hostel rooms are clean and fit to live. The mess food is average as well. The prices are also very inexpensive of about 4000 Rs. The hostels have Wi-Fi, reading rooms and all the required facilities.

Admission

The initial process involves registering on their online website after which we were required to give an entrance test. The entrance test covered all the topics that we studied as a part of our graduation. My name was selected on the basis of the scores i got in the test.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is also PhD qualifies and so have great knowledge about their subject matter, They help a lot through the entire process of dissertation. The limited number of students allows them to attend to each student personally.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

The curriculum is fine. Here they prefer to rely on standard textbooks for better knowledge. And the postings here gives you very good practice and practical knowledge. Here we get to see a lot of complex and rarer cases in the ward.

Remarks:

Positive : the faculties are good and I could say our college is the meeting place of various cultures ranging from Kerala to jammukashmir Negative: the infrastructure is poor. Labs and libraries are not so good. And there are stray dogs who often steps into classes and make us afraid. College is not fully air conditioned but is on processing.
