Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the M.tech course at this university is just like any other M.tech course at any other prestigious university however, major focus is laid upon the engineering aspect and also on the practicality of the same.

Placement Experience

The campus placement opportunities of this college are really good as many prestigious companies collaborate with the college and are able to get many students on board with their respective companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is indeed justified if compared to the quality of education imparted at this university as many other universities who offer the same course charge a fortune for it. Therefore, in my opinion, it is pretty justified.

Campus Life

There are several extra curricular activities organised by the college throughout the year. These activities are aimed at relieving the stress of the students and to make them learn new and different things besides the curriculum.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of the college is really strong and interconnected. They all come together on alumni meets and various other occasions where they share their life changing experiences and also help us in our career choices.

Admission

After completing my graduation, I decided to pursue my further education in M.Tech and so I started to search for colleges. In no time, I found out about Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute - [CEERI], Pilani. Admission in the college is based on the CUCET entrance exam scores.

The faculty of the college is extremely renowned and they have significantly contributed in the field of engineering and therefore, it is a pleasure to learn and grow under them. They are reservoirs of knowledge and there is literally no end to what one can learn from them.

UNI OF FUTURE

Likes

Exposure via many known guests and personalities and experts of various fees that interact and share their opinion regarding many things with students.
Many clubs like shooting ,football,chess that are taken seriously here along with facilities for each of these sports
Opportunity to become volunteer for various fests organizing groups.

Dislikes

Water here is harsh in hostel, which causes a bit of hair fall.
Except for rooms and academic blocks heat during afternoon times is great if there are no clouds sometimes. Rest of times due to many trees its cool.
Strict gatepass system which ensures security of students but at same time troublesome for those who just wanna roam .

Placement Experience:

There are many exceptions here regarding placements and employbility. For interships students mainly start from their 3rd year but i know one student which is my senior that got an intership in their second year only since they had specific skills and colledge helped developing thier leadership quality and getting them the job

NIIT University: A Student's Perspective

Likes

The campus offers a huge campus of 100 acres with a lot of sport activities with gyms .
The university works towards sustainability and the whole campus is covered with a lot of greenery
The university allows the students to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds .This will surely further help us in our personal and professional lifes.

Dislikes

The major problem living in a 100% residential university is staying away from your home and people you care about. This leads to severe homesickness.

Placement Experience:

The university shows an incredible record of 100% placements every year since its inception in 2009. Companies like Amazon, BlinkIt, Hungama, Grant Thornton and Deloitte often visit the university and make several offers to the students.

My first thoughts about NU

Likes

I do like the facilities offered in the university of proper clean hostel rooms,toiletries,etc.
Faculty and other staff is really polite,helpful and generous.
This university is not only good in placements,education and faculty but also in sustainable living and use and practice of environmental friendly techniques.

Dislikes

Sometimes you need to adjust with various things like new environment

Placement Experience:

This is the college that provide over 92% of placements and not only this bit a 1/1.5 year industrial practice that will increase our skills and if someone have any issue in getting a placement this university will provide your referral and help you till you get placed.

Internship provided by our great college

Likes

College is surrounded by the aravali range on the three sides and they have maintained it really well so it's really green all around.
They select only few students in each batch so the classes are really interactive and teachers are always available.
There are night out on weekends so we don't really feel that we are being restricted in the hostels.

Dislikes

We have to walk all the way to the main gate to collect our blinkit and food deliveries.

Placement Experience:

After the second last year , for the last year college provides the industry practice where the students often get pre placement offer and they offer two types of IP 6 month and 1 year both based on students preference .

Likes

College infrastructure is very good as compared to other colleges
There are sports ground with good facilities
Classes are very great and seats are very comfortable

Dislikes

Overall the campus is good but is very small in size
Less events as compared to other colleges
Focuses on marks rather then practical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is well structured and designed for students to learn the subject in detail and to know about topics in detail and make sure to understand things clearly before implementing them in real life. There are certain areas for improvement but they will keep get better. Timetable should be made such that students get break in between the classes so that they can be less exhausted throughout the day

Likes

Knowledgeable and skilled professors with years of experience
The campus has very greenery vibes which is very pleasant
The class size of student are small which help in better teaching

Dislikes

No proper lab facilities for biotechnology subject
Very less teacher teach biotechnology as compared to other subjects
Fees is very high as compare to other subjects in the same university

Course structure is quite good in term of relevance. It is well structured and have all the topics covered which are required for Master’s students to know. The subjects are divided which students can choose according to them each semester.

Teachers are very nice and supportive . They helped me so much.

The average package is modest and placements mainly depend on students skill and performance. Many student prefer higher studies ,internship or off campus job opportunities after completing the course.

Affordable price for B. Tech courses in city
Support of the sinears in the college in notes and study
Environ of the college is very good and clear

Dislikes

College building which to old and second floor always leaking in rainy days.
Teachers of second year are not interested in teaching subjects.
Wifi of the college never works even it can't run WhatsApp

Placements are good in textile department because college is known for textile best college in Rajasthan that's why IT ,CSE ,ME,ECE are not getting that much pakage but recieves 4 lakhs average and if sumone not get job they can try of campus mostly try of campus.

SKRAU visit

Likes

Infrastructure is very good it looks very awesome and also have optimum space for playing and studying outside
All facilities are available inside campus including canteen and all
No disturbance faculty is very cooperative and knowledgeable

Dislikes

Mess food with bad taste and repeated food
Place is not good for lazy man too much work and very hard course
Outside of campus very restricted and traffic area

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester placement are available Agrotech, agrostars, mushroom products etc. companies are available here for interview based placement I got about 6-7 offers for joining Package depend on your skills and knowledge and also your semester that you have read in current average package is 2.5-3.5 lacks For good placement you have score above 7.5 ogpa For preparation of ICAR pg exam is my next goal
