Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is in alignment with UGC and puts focus on marketing, management training, finance, etc. Although it is not like IIMs, the course curriculum for MBA at CUJammu is very progressive and advanced.
Placement Experience
Most of the MBA graduates are placed in decent jobs. Companies like Vodafone-Idea, PNB, Canara Bank, Bank of Jammu, etc come for recruitment and employ graduates regularly. In case a student doesn't get place, the college faculty aids in getting internships.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure for the two years MBA course is 46,000 Rs, 28,000 is to be paid in the first year and the rest is to be paid in the second year. The fees is considered very feasible since majority of the mba colleges in India are highly priced.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities include sports, cultural meets, dance events, ethnicity days, blood donation camps etc. Students from our college are very passionate and regularly participate in such events.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students and peers are very polite and nice people. Some of them have helped me adjust to the college environment and also helped me explore the city of Jammu and neighboring places. Alumni meets happen every year in which we can ask the alumni about anything and they guide us too.
Admission
To get admission in MBA in this college minimum scores/marks required in bachelor's degree are 55%. Also an entrance exam is required to be given CUCET on the basis of which seats are allotted to students.
Faculty
The faculty of the college carry years of experience and their knowledge is imparted to us in various ways. Their emphasis reflects in the assignments and projects that are given, necessary for the development of an MBA student.
