College management if very good and its a decent place to study.
Entrance Preview
I haven't wrote any entrance exam since I went as a lateral entry student. I got the seat through Anna university counseling. I choose the course since I am very much interested in physics as well as mechanical.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course compile of 8 semestera if u join after completing 12th. The first two years is of basics and fundamentals of mechanics only. Once you entered in to the third year the specialization subjects will come in to picture. The last two years you will learn about the aeronautics.
Internships Opportunities
I haven't gone through any stipend over my course period. Apart from that you can avail dome scholarships which is he government offers. Then we have awarded for top performers each year.
Placement Experience
It has placements in both core as well as IT industry. So at least you will get a good placement in any of the background. If you are good at studies you will surely get placed in core area. Companies like L&T,TCS, Wipro,Geometric globe and so on will recruiter students.
College Events
College cultural is not that much enjoyable. But you could find a decent place to enjoy a bit. Apart from fun events sports events are well are good over here. You could find lot of opportunity to shine and in your preferred sport.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's almost similar to all other private engineering colleges Fee was quite high not as per the govt structure the fee was a bit high. They will charge for the extra coaching they have been conducting for placements and other stuffs. So the fee will be quite high. That is double the amount of government fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship facility is there. You can avail the government scholarship. There is no scholarship from the college side. You can avail government scholarship.
Campus Life
We have plenty of extracurricular. Activities conducted here. Lab facilities are also good.You can find lot of seminars as well. You can find yearly sports events conducted well and good. So you can be a active participants in all this activities.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is not that much good. Food is not that much good as well. So preferred suggestion is to take a room some were near.
Alumni/Alumna
There was also mini network was there. But I am not a active participant of the same so I don't much aware of that. There is a separate alumini group which will conduct some gettogethers at frequent interval of times. You could be a active participant in that activity as well.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is semester. Six months once you have face exams. So for lateral entry guys it will be six semesters. The students who complete 12th standard will have to face 8 semesters.
Faculty
The faculty are excellent. Most of them are retired IIT and Anna university professor. They will guide u well and u have to learn things and they are very good in teaching and providing guidance.
