Remarks

It's one of the popular Engineering colleges in the state of Telangana. Good placements in this college made me choose this and it is famous for the computer science branch. Distance from my home to college is also one of the reason I choosed this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would say the curriculum when compared to today's world, is totally outdated but I would not say that this are not useful. These acts as the foundation to all the concepts. Industrial experience is so little and it would have been better if there's more. Faculty here are very experienced but can't guarantee every body is amazing but some of them are too good.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 95000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I opted for an internship in Goalstreet company and it has not offered any stipend but has given me a lot of industry exposure and technical knowledge.

Placement Experience

As far I know, MNC's like TCS,Infosys, capegemini and 20 others would come for recruitment process. Some Almuni would reach out to our placement Cell and would refer some jobs. The usual placement process of online test and the traditional interview process. In 2020, Our college has started Enterpreneur Cell to support start ups. There's one start up which is a game made with unity, it has become famous recently

College Events

Our college has 3 organisations namely CSI,ACM,IEEE which will conduct technical and fun events montly. Apart from this, there's a sports club, FM radio, Street cause NGO etc. College would also organise national level sports meet once a year. HOD's of some department are very friendly and they wil encourage their students very much to make the organised events to be successful.A lot of students get to volunter for different events and many would participate in different technical and fun events.

Fees and Financial Aid

Govt of Telangana would offer full fee reimbursement if the student has met the requirements of EAMCET rank below 10000 and family income below 1 lakh. This also varies for different castes.

Campus Life

Our college provides free WiFi to every student.Apart from this,Jio also provides a WIFI with limited data. Our library is very big and capacity is around 500 students. Every lab is in perfect working condition and each lab is provided with a techinian. Computer labs are updated day-to-day. Labs are well equipped.

Likes

Green campus, its safe for all. PRIP is well connected and has a good learning culture. Professors encourage to pursue higher educationa and dream big.
Cafetaria, librabry and cleanliness is there at PRIP
They invest in technology and AI, it has a VR simulation lab and innovation center which has the latest pharma machines

Dislikes

Sometimes we feel it can get more bright
teachers are friendly, but i think they should focus on English as a language inside campus. It will prepare us for industry
digital labs should be used more and should be used for personal non-pharmacy learning on linkedin for networking and exposure. we have skill development but it can be more applied.

Placement Experience:

college placements are good. we have tie-ups in many good companies like HEtero, Aurbindo Pharma, AIG, Northpharm, Intrachem, Analys Labs, Medplus.... They also give workshops and training session. PRIP Placement cell is very dedicated in getting all of us placed. Packages is also decent and industry average
