Remarks

College management is very rigid and does not listen to students at all.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum and exam structure at IBS Hyderabad is very difficult to manage. Almost everyday we have a test or presentation. They follow a practical based curriculum for which case studies are used. There we implement our classroom learnings to solve the problems which occurs in practical working environment.

Placement Experience

5

Placement at IBS Hyderabad is very good they provide about 99% placement. Average package is 7.5 lacs and highest goes to 50 lacs. Good companies come for hiring. And they also provide good internship for summer internship projects.

College Events

5

There are 26 clubs and 3 cells at IBS Hyderabad. Each of them have their separate event due to which there is something going on all the time. Sporting events, management events, fun events everything, knowledge event, everythings there. Along with all these there's a main college event also where other colleges also comes and participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees at IBS Hyderabad is very expensive we are paying 18 lacs for a 2year couse which is alot. And I have heard new batch is paying 22 lacs which is insane. They accept rtgs and NetBanking for accepting fees. Which is very easy to do. It doesn't take alot of time to fill the fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

IBS provides scholarship on the basis of academic performance. But it is not much I got 5k scholarship after my 1sem result. And for my fees my parents are supporting me with the fees, I have not taken any loan.

Campus Life

Campus Life is very beautiful. Gender ratio is equal 50-50 with alot of diversity. They have about 26 clubs which covers all the domains. Every club organises their domain competitions where everyone is welcome to participate. And also have all the sports amenities. All sports are given equal importance and has a respected team.

Hostel Facilities

It's not compulsory to opt for hostels at IBS Hyderabad. They mainly have separate rooms but there are sharing rooms also available for girls only. Hostel rooms are decent in size. The best part of our rooms is that there is a attached balcony with each room.

Alumni/Alumna

IBS Hyderabad has very strong connection with its aluminis. They have a separate cell dedicated to their aluminis. And also an annual function where all aluminis comes back to college to relive their college moments.

Admission

There are many ways to apply for IBS Hyderabad but for me it started with getting more than 70 percentile in cat exam. After successful applying we have to report to their main campus which is IBS Hyderabad. There I had a gd which was followed by an interview. I was marked on my performance and got selected.

Faculty

5

Faculty at IBS Hyderabad is mixed. Some teachers are brilliant and supporting while others don't care at all and they are in equal ratio so it's difficult to cope up with studies as some students gets good teacher and some don't. But all the teachers have alot of experience and knowledge it's just some are willing to share some doesn't.

The college provides placement support and career guidance to students. Placement opportunities depend on the course, academic performance, and individual skills of the students. The college helps students prepare for interviews, improve communication skills, and understand career opportunities.

The placement opportunities at my college are fairly good. The college has a dedicated placement cell that helps students prepare for recruitment through aptitude tests, technical training, communication and interview-skills sessions, and placement drives.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally available for final-year B.Pharmacy students, with eligibility usually starting from the 7th semester. Companies may offer roles in pharmaceutical sales, quality control, production and related fields. Package and number of offers vary each year, so I would not mention unverified figures. The college provides placement support, but students should also focus on internships and skill development. After graduation, I plan to pursue higher studies or seek a suitable opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry.

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Pharmaceutical and healthcare companies visit the campus and offer roles in sales, production, quality control, regulatory affairs and clinical research. The highest and average packages vary by company and year, usually depending on the profile offered. A good percentage of eligible students get placed. After completing my B.Pharm, I plan to gain industry experience and pursue higher studies or specialize in a suitable field.

I chose this course for its relevant subjects and career opportunities. The curriculum provides a good foundation for practical work and higher studies. More practical sessions, updated topics, and industry-based training are needed. Exams are conducted regularly and are moderately difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Placement Experience:

The placements are comparatively more in this college, as there is more industry exposure. Students are eligible for placements from around 3-2 (3rd yr-II sem) to 4-2 (4th yr- II sem). Companies like Amazon, Cognizant, NCR often visit the campus. The highest package offered last year was 1.2 cr (International offer). Around 90% students who were eligible got placement. My plan is to get a decent package after the degree.
