It is now of the university department campus It is a standard college The coaching and placement facilities are very good Very good environment The admission is through the counselling held by DOTE and as this is one of the top most college, you should have been secured a top ranking for this college

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Mechanical Engineering as because I had interest in it and keen to learn about the subject The faculty might be less in number but there kind hearted and friendly with us and clears all our doubts wherever possible As you know, there will be two semester per year and each semester contains two internal assessment with a gap of approximately one and a half month.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The campus hiring companies also provide internship for the third years with stipend. You can make use of those opportunities and even some companies offer PPO during internship based on your performance

Placement Experience

From 7th semester onwards the companies starts to arrive and placement procedures would be started at that time itself. Very good companies like TCS, CTS, Caterpillar, ZS, Accenture, Infosys, etc will come. It gives an average package of 4-5 lakhs per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

The is same as that of all the government collages. It rates 25k per year if you are choosing SS course and 14k in regular course It provides the students many scholarship programs The campus hiring company also gives a better package comparing to others

Campus Life

When you get into MIT, you would come across plenty of clubs and associations both in study related and cultural related. It contains one cultural program for each semester and many sports are being played and encouraged. A good library facility with lots of books in most od of the topics like engineering subjects, story telling, UPSC,etc.

Hostel Facilities

It also a very good hostel facilities like rooms, playground, food, service, etc. A room has a two ceiling fans and a cupboard for each student. The menu is very good at MIT and food taste is good.

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
