Remarks

Placement in IT sector is really good along with the faculty level being phds, The weather is always Pleasant you wake up to clouds floating below you. The campus is really clean and you breathe fresh air.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

During my time some latest technical courses were missing but over past two years curriculum has been modified as per the changing technology so as to make you future ready with all latest developments.Industrial exposure is mandatory for 6 weeks with options of in house trainingFaculties are from esteemed Universities and 95% faculty would be phds.Every faculty be it from physics, mathematics, electronics, hss or computer science department plays an important role to uplift you technically.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 720000 per year

Placement Experience

Google - 1 @12lpaAmozone SDE - 1 @ 28lpaMass companies- Infosys , Wipro , Cognizant, each around 4lpaWith several esteemed companies offering great packages such as Z-scaler around 13 lpa, BYJUs around 10 lpa etcStudents in CSE background are alomst placed until you have poor cgpa or backlogs.TnP cell guides you and helps you prepare for each company by providing data and material from previous placements. Most of the companies visit the university but at times you need visit the noida campus for in person interviews. All the arrangements are made for your stay in the noida campus for zero cost when visiting for placement drive.Entrepreneur cell is knows as TIEDC which is allocated several funds by the state government for functioning and encouraging startups. Startup weekend takes place where mentors guide you how to lead a successful startup.Alumni meet takes place every year where you can do networking

College Events

3.5

An annual fest takes place around may which lasts for 3 days, several technical clubs and societies, NGOs like Rotaract and Leo, JUIT Youth Club organises several events over the year. Interview is taken for freshers within a month for every club after which they are selected. An annual technical fest name Murious which is for 3days takes place with technical club of university and ACM and IEEE student branches.

Fees and Financial Aid

Several scholarship schemes and quotas for students from army background or whose family income is low then Jaypee offers you scholarship. Also some seats are reserved for Himachal pradesh students i.e. state quotaNRI Quota for Bhutan students is also there.

Campus Life

4.5

The infrastructure is very beautiful. During winters you have blowers in your room to keep you warm. Washrooms are cleaner than most of other universities. Wifi and LAN both are available.Library is very big with latest editions. Library has 3 floors.Computer labs have the latest pcs from dell with high specs for your software to run easily. Around 10+ computer labs are there.Physics and electronics lab too have great equipment where you perform different experiments.Sports coaches for volleyball, Basketball.Indoor badminton, small football ground are there where you get your sports person tested during annual sports fest Parakram

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are really clean, painted every year with warden being your faculty. A hostel caretaker takes care of everything and complain is resolved in a day. The views from room are really nice. Sharing is for only 2 students per room and also single room is available but you need to pay extra. You do not need to consider the option for PG because hostels and mess along with laundry make the hostel fee satisfactory.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

The beauty of BHU

Likes

The things I liked about the college are the faculty and the professors. They are very cooperative and helpful.
The campus life is quite beautiful here, campus is very close to nature and you can get fresh air. Also the infrastructure is on the top they have all the facilities which are required.
There is an active placement cell in the campus which usually provide in campus placement to students according to their concerned departments.

Dislikes

Some of the things which i think should need to be improved are the classrooms and canteens.
Also I think there is need of improvement in placement cells fir humanities students.
For library I would also say there needs an improvement because they have less capacity in comparison with number of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very relevant. I took admission in pg diploma in guidance and counselling which is a one year diploma course. I was inspired to do this course specially because it can provide you placement for sure. After this you can apply as a counsellor in any academic setting or NGOs.The teaching method of professors is quite good. They almost cover the entire syllabus before exams

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My geart government college

Likes

If I talk about my college that i appreciate is the best part of environment very much good and more than best other government colleges in mzn
Our campus life is okay okay!! Cause I'm not that part of campus life. So I don't enjoy that part of my college.
I truly talking about faculty's it is genuine with us . And teaching methods is best every teachers always the right time in the classroom.

Dislikes

No more provided placements in our college cause it is a government. But always support teachers for providing for career development.
It's a properly government college. So more more facilities in our college and campus life other students who studied about coursees.
I did completed Bachelors of commerce in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ok, if I talk about my course, I have done B.Com from there and B.Com is a very good level course. It means there is a degree in it and I had to prepare for government job and from the beginning I had taken commerce in 11th class, so I found B.Com very suitable for me and as far as exams are concerned, B.Com means good study. Our college used to teach us very well, so I had also taken tuitions together, so it was quite good. My experience means it did not seem so difficult. I found it very difficult, I used to get very good exams and I cleared it very well without any back.

Main reason was fro choosing jiit was also that i didn't had good jee rank to get accepted in the good government colleges. i also got into ipu but again the placements stats influenced me alot...Read More
