Remarks
Good infrastructure, and the number of companies arriving consistently every year and the average placement for CSE is consistent and good plus the campus is great, secure and very friendly. Also got it recommended by few of my classmates and LPU has also tie-ups with various top tech companies which provides more opportunity to grab a good package. The availability of basic needs items inside the campus are also very good and the rules are strict so that no misbehaviour is tolerated at all. Completely drug-free campus and strict action against those who do. So it provides a secure and friendly environment to stay while inside your campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus is mostly updated but still they need to improve the Subjects taught. Such as we were taught C in first sem and c++ in second sem which is really not useful at all. They should have directly started with c++
Placement Experience
Lots of companies cisit lpu each year. the numbers are 400+ and offering decent packages and some offereig premium packages of 15LPA+. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, HCL, TATA, TCS, Wipro etc etc. Most of the MNC visit LPU for job offering. You have lots of opportunity here but it is up to you if you can grab it because due to high number of students in each year the competition is also very tough.
College Events
One of the best things about LPU is the live events and extracurricular activities. LPU has clubs and communities for almost every activity wether it is all kinds of sport, dance (indian, hip hop, western etc etc), art, music etc. In one word you'll find your interest. They also have various technical communities for competitive coding, hackathons, technical workshops and lot more. Campus life is full of surprises. We have lots of food stalls. I mean a lot and canteens and we also have shops called WHSmith which provide all daiy need items. LPU also has a MALL, yes you read it right.
