LPU, MBA {Hons.}

Remarks

Lovely professional University has Huge campus with good infrastructure and MBA students here has great opportunities for internships and job placements. MBA honors is better than regular MBA because of extra perks.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is extraordinary and includes upto date business ideologies. The study material shared by the University is perfect for most challenges. Industrial exposure is given through mandatory internships. Faculties hold PhDs and are well versed in their domains.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 123500 per year

Internships Opportunities

I did internship with ITC hotels for stipend of 10,000 over the duration of 3 months. It was a surreal experience. I have applied for it through LinkedIn.

Placement Experience

Almost all major companies in india recruit from LPU. Job profiles include HR managers, marketing, PR and communications.

College Events

There are so many events happening in and around the campus and as MBA grads we have heavy exposure experience organising these events. Big events in LPU include Coke studio, Jhankaar, One India and one world.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are given based on your rank in LPUNEST. If you take admission early you might be eligible for EDB concession.

Campus Life

LPU is the largest private university in India and has huge opportunities for self development, extra curricular activities and event management. MBA honors is one of the most valuable courses in LPU.

Hostel Facilities

I live in campus in boys hostel number 2. It is moderately distant from the business block and can be reached in a 20 minute walk. The rooms and furniture are very good and well maintained. Hostel wardens are very supportive.

Hostel Fee: INR 65000 per year

my overall experience at the college has been good so far
the faculty members are generally helpful
campus life is active with various cultural and technologies events

Dislikes

one thing i feel can be improved is the amount of pratical and industry oriented learning
some claases can be more theroy oriented so more hands on activities and pratical sessions would be beneficial
during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies
