Placement Experience

3.5

Placements are average as the college does not offer any specialised course. College provides the research projects to students. The Entrepreneur Cell in college is also good and works in progressive way.

College Events

Management of the college is good. There are many societies in which different extra curricular activities happened. There is annual fest which is also good along with departmental fest. Cultural societies are also present here.

Campus Life

Campus is small but good. It has wifi enabled in it. Library is very well developed and it makes college more interesting. The ground is not enough big for the sports but plants and eco friendly environment is present.

Placement Experience:

I am a 1st year student so i can't 100 percent tell you about the real placement data but yes most of the students are getting placed in different fields in the 3rds semester itself . Right now there are approx 30% students who are placed in xyz companies

College life in Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), DU

This college was no.1 in my CUET preference list. I did few other courses for safer side but this course as well college was my top choice as it covers a lot of areas which are taught in MBBS and is quite interesting. Delhi University has 3 colleges for Biomedical Sciences, in which ANDC is the top college in terms of ranking that's why out of all three colleges this was my first choice. A few other options that I kept for me was microbiology, biochemistry in colleges such as Gargi and Deshbandhu. The college accepts your scores from CUET in subjects biology, chemistry and physics. The acceptance is done on the basis of your scores as well as your preference list. As this college was first on my preference list, I didn't get to face any rejection. The cutoffs for my admission year of 2024 was around 425+ for general category....Read More

Great Faculty and Lab Equipment.

I applied to all the top colleges in Delhi for the sciences. The college that I got admission in wasn't my first preference but because of the very high cutoff and merit scores for the General Category, I wasn't able to get into my Dream College. Nevertheless, ANDC is also very reputable for its science courses....Read More

Dream college or not ?

I wanted a co educational college only , hence it was an good option . My first choice of college was hindu college considering its location and reputation but choosing this college over hindu college was not that bad of a choice . This college is basically more of a science college which provides just right place for me to study and the labs are top class. NIRF ranking is quite high . People here are nice and helpful....Read More
