Remarks

So much diversity in my college and so many opportunities are available and bad aspects are teaching faculties are not so good and for admission process you have to give lpunest exam which is held in april. And for choosing lpu over other colleges are lpu is near my home and it is very good private college and fees is also not so expensive. I used collegedunia website it is so helpful for me.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

I opt for cse because of many placement options and in near future there is lot of demand of this sector Faculty student ratio is good I say 1 per 500 students approx. Teachers are well qualified they all are PhD holder or master degree holder in their respective field. So btech is of 8 semester so one mid term and end term and 3 ca are there in one sem and one sem period is August to December and January to may and exam are good easily pass if you study

Internships Opportunities

4

Lots of companies came in 3rd year and they offer good package with good roles . Like microsoft and Amazon so many campanies come and they give 50k per month stipend with good roles like android developer.

Placement Experience

3.5

Form 3rd year means form 5 semester student is eligible for placement. So many companies visited campus every year and many are so big like apple Amazon Google TCL etc and they offer such a good no of placement. The highest package in recent times is 42 in Microsoft and average package is 4.5 lpa. I don't have idea about it how much exact percent but I think 90 percent. My plans is to get a good job and I do that 2 or 3 year after that I open my startup.

Fees and Financial Aid

So for btech cse tution fees is 90k per semester but by lpunest you can avail scholarship upto 50 and I also get 20 percent scholarship for me effective fees is 75k per semester and hostel fees is depend on which room you are choosing for my it is 55k per year 4 seater non ac room and 15k per year for mess

Campus Life

4.5

There are lots of fest happen in Lpu like youthvibe and lpufest and so many extra curricular activities going on whole year. Classrooms are fully air conditioning and proper lighting are there with well built furnitures. There are lot of playground in Lpu and anyone can go and play there. There is lot of event and clubs and groups run by students and we have completed department for it department of Student welfare and nss and ncc are one of them.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

There are lot of options available for choosing room form single to 8 seater dormitory to apartments for my hostel room it is 4 seater non ac and in there a bed a chair a table and attached washroom and bathroom is there and three fans and three lights are there and 4 charging socket and one air cooler in balcony. The meal in the mess is ok ok is it very light home food but healthy if you like spicy food this is not for you. For registration you have to login to ums and yeah hostel is very much affordable. Outside the lpu there are lot of options are available and near law hate also

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
