PSG IMSR - Every medical students’ dream?

Likes

The campus is very beautiful with trees all around the place
The teachers are very good at the specific subjects and are ready to help you any time you need
Extra activities are also impeccable here And it includes a wide range of clubs as well as sports and fine art activities

Dislikes

The college timing is quite hectic from 8 AM in the morning to 5 PM in the evening
Since it is a private institution, patient interaction is not as good as you would get in a government institution

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very passionate about entering the medical field quite early in my life, so I knew what I had to do when I was in school. Medical field is a very challenging area to choose and the work life balance is not as good as other professions. However, it is very engaging and interesting for people who are actually interested in the subject. However, one cannot practice medicine after finishing MBBS because of the increasing competition, so he has to do PG course in order to be more approachable for the patients as well as to serve better in the specific field. The course curriculum is start in a well planned manner and the portions are completed ahead of time so that students have around 1 to 1.5 months of study break before the university exams every year. So, along with the exams that take place throughout the year, students will also have ample time to prepare for their exams in their own way preferred.

First there is no test admission it purely based on your cut off mark and first come first serve. The factors that made me choose Madras Christian College were it's tradition and culture, in mcc we have rich culture and traditions which took places throughout the year, I get to know about this from my brother. The next thing is MCC known for it's good standing in rank throughout India so it's a go for me. Note this is only applicable for under graduate...Read More
