Remarks
Isabella Thoburn College is an all girls institution with a lot of facilities with a lesser fee structure. The faculty is really good and classes are regular. The college provides hostel facilities within the campus. There are a number of courses including MBA. The college Library is a gem.
Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects we were taught in class had an up to date syllabus. The knowledge was not limited to classroom but a lot of practical experience was also provided. We were taken out to tours for a good learning experience. The notes provided by the faculty were helpful by all means.
Placement Experience
The college has an actively working placement cell which keeps on organising a number of seminars and counselling sessions for students of different departments. They bring on to the students a plethora of opportunities via different internship programs from renowed companies for a better learning experience.
College Events
The college organises a number of events including sports day, fests, intercollegiate competitions and much more. Departmental activities can also be taken into account. There's regular organisation of different activities within different departments of the college.
Campus Life
The campus is stretched wide with all the facilities. Different courses or departments are assigned separate buildings. The college has a big library called the Sarah Chanko Library which has a huge number of books for every field. The campus has a basket ball court, volleyball court, a big canteen area, student center, conference room. The auditorium has a capacity of about 400 people.
