Remarks

It is the largest university in 700 acres and most eco-friendly university in India and has bagged 1crore and 2 crore per annum placements and it has many diverse cultures and people from more than 50 countries and 90% placement guarantee to eligible students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Every faculty have their own methodology in the university and all the facilities working in the university and having more than 5 years experience in the subject and when it comes to curriculum and academics they are well planned to each and every student so that even a slow learner can learn the subject easily.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

I am currently working as marketing executive in splen technologies for 10k stipend and in M7Admit for 5k stipend.

There are more than 150+ companies come to our college every year and takes may people, and companies like apple, Google,Microsoft,yahoo,amazon,flipkart,tech Mahendra, TCS, Accenture,cap gemini,Bosch,and Cognizant etc. In them Cognizant takes more than 1500 people every year

College Events

There is much extra life in college as I earlier mentioned that there are people From 50+ countries and there are 200+ student organizations in our university where every day there will be an event in any aspect and we will have big concets like cokestudio, sunburn and many djs from different countries.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got 30% scholarship by my 12grade marks there is a possibility of getting 50% scholarship from university loan facility is offered by bank and there are many banks that gives loans to our university.

Campus Life

We have a fantastic 5 floors library with countless books in every course and everything. We have all types of labs with all the equipments and whole 700 acres of the college has good WiFi connection and when it comes to sports we have a big indoor stadium and much outdoor space a cricket stadium 4 basket ball grounds and ground for every sport.

Hostel Facilities

My hostel is good furnished and in good shape with two rest room and 4 beds 4 study tables 4 chairs two tube lights and 3 fans and a good balcony and an air conditioner from our balcony there is a good view of field and cool breeze every morning that makes our day pleasant and the cost of hotel is 65000 per year and there is seats for everyone in college and it is very easy to avail we have to book it while admission.

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

I like infrasture and the campus facilites most.
Events and fests are also good and orgainsed regularly.
Students get more opportunities here in university.

Dislikes

Hostel food is not good but eatable and enough.
Dresscode is on wednesday that is must to wear.
Massive campus you may face difficulty in roaming.

The curriculum covrs important computer sciemce subject such as programming,DSA, java DBMS,OS and software development.These subjects influenced decisions to choose this course because they provide a stromg foumdation for software engineering . examinations include MST ,EST and assessments .

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level

Likes

I like infrastructure and staff of my chandigarh university ,very cooperative staff
Very cooperative laboratory staff and well organised laboratories
Very good natured professors ,teach in easy language

Dislikes

I don't like when life watchman allowed only staff and don't allow us
Inl don't like when liftman allows teachers only not us
I don't like my classroom because,my classroom is on the 4th floor

The infrastructure is really good plus environment is good.
Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable and thought and help in reaserch projects.
Social life is good we can interact with juniors and seniors.

Dislikes

The inside transportation facilities is not good.
Too much restriction on moving in and out of campus.

Likes

I like the food provided in the hostels and many outlets to eat food
I love the class teachers and also my classmates who help me doing my lowest
The University has a good infrastructure

Dislikes

I would say nothing as a display because everything is perfect
Due to the university being so big I face transport tissue
I also sometime face difficulty in studying

The things I liked is that difficulties is very helpful, and there are various opportunities that we get
The other thing I liked is that there is no ragging in the university. All the children are respectful towards towards each other.

Likes

I like the food in the campus from the canteens
I like the discipline that is maintained in the college
All the students from our department are very regular

Dislikes

The admission process...it takes too much energy
They will make you go here and there for fees
Very hectic classes and no reliability for us

They gave home like environment to the other state students in the hostel
Mess food is Awesome and delicious 😋 and Hostel rooms are neat and clean with attached Washroom
Many functions and festivals are celebrated in the college as well as in Hostel campus

College Environment is very strict and strict discipline is followed

In 8 semester you are eligible for college placement... Each and every student can get placement through college in their parents hospital such as Amandeep Medicity and Amandeep Main Branch , Amritsar.. They provide package for fresher of annum 3.5 lakh/ year.
