Remarks

It's government college afterall NIT. And comparing to other private colleges, its NIRF ranking is satisfactory including no. placements average. And most of the students are well qualified in jee mains so it provides good competition among us.

Course Curriculum Overview

My college have approx 365 acres of land with great infrastructure and one of the biggest sports complex in India. Moving on to the faculties, frankly speaking they never teaches you and not 3ven supportive. Most of the teacher in NIT agartala is bengali, who even dont know anything. Even we can teach them after all we are jee qualified. And in class also they talk in bengali. We can say that my college nit agartala is bengali dominant except in educational field.

Placement Experience

After talking to some seniors, they told us that placements are average. And will only depend upon your knowledge and learning skills. Companies will come and jobs only be given to eligible students.

There is nothing if we talk about extracurricular activity. Nothing means NOTHING. No events at all. And we have to bunk the class for attending some occasions like saraswati puja, mela, ganesh puja etc. Bengali have only belief Durgapuja. Such a joke.

Likes

There are wifi in the hostel. There no power cuts too so it's a good thing
There is no limit to water supply as well
The campus is clean and the classrooms too

Dislikes

The mess food is alright no that good edible only
The timing to go outside the campus is pretty short
There are no restaurant or cafe outside the campus

Placement Experience:

The placement for b.tech is not that bad because there are many companies come to hire freshly passed b.tech students and there is a placement department to help the students to get a job. The average package is around 5lpa

Every teachers are very good and friendly
Exam seating system is very good for students
All facilities are available in the campus

Dislikes

Attendance is mandatory for seating in exam
Day scholars can't enter in the campus after campus time
If I get late 5 minutes for the class teacher will not allow me

The course is very good in my first semester I faced some difficulties but now in second semester I am doing very good and well I am now adjusted to it and every subject is very interesting and good that' it

We have faced problem because scarcity of teachers

In our Ba four year Ug program we have able to select different subjects , I have choose english for my major subject, and from this subject we have to learn different types of novels, tragedy, comedy, poetry and short story, by reading them we learned different kind of morality of life and by reading such types of tragedy we get to know different types of awareness, which are inter links in our personal life

I got very good experience because in our department most of teachers are very good and carefully manage our studies
In our college boys don't get any type of facilities but girls get some facilities that is free of cost. Addmission
Our college environment is too good and looking beautiful that's one thing I like too much

There is no other things that's I disliked

I liked plants very much that's why I chose this course. I am fully prepared for this course. We have too good teachers in our department they have good experience about plants. Internal Exam timming is 10-11 am and final is 12 am - 3 pm

The entire B.Ed. the course is divided into 4 semesters and 2 parts. Tripura University provides the best teaching quality. Here, every teacher's a highly qualified professor and high degree, holder. Our semester exam is very hard, we need to study properly to pass the exam.

Solid academic foundation with great industry exposure

I chose NIT Agartala primarily because of its reputation as a National Institute of Technology and the specific opportunities within the Production Engineering department. While I looked at other NITs and some private universities, NIT Agartala offered a better balance of ROI and industry recognition. The admission process was smooth, handled entirely through JoSAA/CSAB based on my JEE Main rank. The eligibility required clearing the cutoff and having a good percentage in the 12th boards. i choose this collage because this collage is in my home state, and for me going somewhere else, out of stste will be a problem finencially. Eyeopener

It is long journey of hard work how i get in this college and course . First I qualified JEE main but not got good rank so I got Biotech branch in NIT Agartala according to my rank . But I studied well in first year and scored a high CGPA and slided my branch to Mechanical . I have in all top NITs but not got a ceat there . Admission is only through JEE main rank .
