Aditya Engineering College - [AEC], Civil engineering

Remarks

College management did a foolish thing during a TCS campus drive . so TCS banned this college from its list of visiting colleges for 5 years.

Entrance Preview

Eamcet. Rank 40000. Basically I am interested in civil engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

0.5

Average. There will be Curriculam but no student follows that. Each one has their own kind of preparation because of inefficient faculty.About faculty , all are just BE graduated

Internships Opportunities

No interships. College environment does no expose or encourage to internships for students in civil engineering. No stipends instead you need to pay fine if you are late to pay your tution fee.

Placement Experience

0.5

No single campus interviews for civil engineers. We are very much asamed of that.campus interviews are all for cse guys that too not big pakages.

College Events

Colours: a cultural featival. Now it is not being conducted for some reasons.Veda: a technical festival, where a lot of technical stuff happens. Ppts, quiz, seminars and all.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. Now a days became costly. In my BE days I paid just rs31000/- per year. Now a drastic increase is there. Around 65000/- it seems. Management seats are bit more expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarships. No loan facility. It's a private college. College provides no loan kind of thing. No scholarships for merit students of course the economically backward students are provided but from govt.

Campus Life

Good infrastructure but no efficient faculty. College environment was pretty good. But education was not so effective. No lively environment in classes. Only writing on board and students copy that same.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

Average. Actually I am a day scholar student. But friends in hostel used to say that the food in hostel was so bad ,hard to digest. Later on they got used to it.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

No comments. College was started on early two thousands. So no big alunini. No alumini meetings. No interaction with alumini. After a student passout no interaction.

Exam Structure

Exams on alternate days. Each paper has eight questions in which one has to answer minimum five. Each question carries 15 marks. Total is 75. Internals are for 25marks.

I like the placements provided by the college. Companies are too good.

Dislikes

very often we are unable to get cooling water. but within two minutes it will be covered.
management is giving equal opportunities to everyone . What I felt is they should concentrate on toppers.
college management won't allow students to go out side of the campus without permission

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in my college are good and provide students reasonable career opportunities Approximately 70% of students got placed in the campus recruitment. Apart from on campus drives management encourages students to enhance their skills and gives suggestions in applying out of campus drives.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 3-2 semester with pre-placement training, aptitude test, coding rounds and interviews. Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got civil engineering in my college. As our country is in developing mode the role of civil engineers is going to be crucial. The interdisplinary subjects prepare us for the challenges faced other than civil engineering.each month we have a exam to be specific 2 minors 1 mid term and 1 end term examination.the difficulty level is somewhat moderate. If we thoroughly go through teachers's notes and practice a few problems it is going to be very helpful
