Remarks

Our college has the capabilities of becoming a gem but due to lack of support from the faculty and rigorous procedure for fundings may lead to decrease in enthusiasm amoung students and may demotivate them.

Course Curriculum Overview

Honestly the first year grabbed my attention towards the basic know how of the field because of the faculty that was appointed to us at that time but after the first semester our director changed and he changed our curriculum 's way of teaching for the worst that lead to loss of interest and only to open our books just before the examination.

Placement Experience

3

Placements for the ece and cse branches have been great. Placements for the mechanical branch for the past year was in shadows as due to our director's inexperience and lack of placement drills.

College Events

4.5

Hill fair (annual cultural fest) Nimbus (annual techanical fest) The above mentioned are the main fest that happen apart for some othe small scaled activities. The level enthusiasm and creativity have declined since our director's appointment as due to slashed funding which sored the enthusiasm of the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

70000 to 75000 for annual fees for general category student. 8000 for sc, st and economically backward student. Payment is done theough either challan or by SBI COLLECT. There is no additional fees for securing addmision in our course as its on the basis of merit.

Fees and Financial Aid

No i have not applied for any scholarship. But it offers many scholarship to deserving students who have scored well in their 12th standard board exam and many more.

Campus Life

Campus life is vibrant. Friendly environment. Gender ratio is not well balance as it is an engineering college but half of the students are from around the country and not only from himachal pradesh. Competitions are led on regular basis for robotics and it gains heat mostly during technical fest.

Hostel Facilities

Yes I live in a hostel which can accomodate 3 students with chair, table and cupboards for each students respectively. It has 2 fans and each floor has optimum toilet and washroom facility. It also has a small ground, study room, snooker room, tv room, table tennis.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is really strong and seniors are more than helpfull. Its becouse of the efforts of alumnis and seniors that we were able to remove our director for his misconduct and drop in rankings.

Admission

Jee Mains Through Josaa I opted for mechanical engineering because i had a keen interest in the field of automobile and iam also considering the recent scenerio of covid 19 which will give me considerable time to prepare for my gate examination which will further broaden my scope of research in the field of mechanical engineering.

Faculty

3

Mechanical engineering in our institute has got one of the best senior faculty. But the recent appointments of the assistant profeesors due to inappropriate selection procedure and favouritism of our director led to appointments of far less deserving candidates.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are average. A few reputed companies visit the campus each year, but the number of offers and salary packages varies depending on the branch and market conditions. Students who have strong academic performance, technical skills, internships, and good communication skills generally have better chances of getting placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Nursing is all about skills, and the more practice you do, the better...i spent most of my time in hospital with patients for at least 9 months ever year....the duty used to be of 6 hours and the rest 2 hours we used to have a class till 4 pm Ut was a bit hectic but it really helped me in clearing all my concepts and improving my skills in handling a patient also the internship program is like cherry on top so good it covers everything you learn in 4 years and makes you ready for the outer world....I would say in terms of improvement, they need to reschedule their classes and clinicals timing because it gets draining and we don't get much time to study, so we usually just study because we used to be so exhausted.

As a result, the assists and leads us much during the college placement stages. During the college's placement drive, over 70+ companies visited the campus. Our batch's highest placement package was over 35 LPA, with an average package of roughly 15 LPA.
