Remarks

NIRF ranking and infrastructure and placement opportunities. Good experience and work environment. great teachers, guiding seniors and good sports facilities.built in 11 acres and there is a separate building for every course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus was updated but books available in the library were old. I don't know about industrial exposure as I just came in 2nd year. Some Faculties are strict and some are friendly type but all of them help when we ask something. There is no scene of 75% attendance.

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 117200 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement is increasing every year and number of companies are also increasing. Accenture and Infosys are the mass recruiters and Amazon also came 1-2 times.

Campus Life

There are 12 buildings including auditorium and hostels. There is a very large ground to play cricket, football, throwball, etc. There is a basketball court, badminton court and volleyball court. The library is of 5 floors ( 1 underground and 4 floors including ground floor) with AC installed in each floor but the edition of books are 4-6 years old. Lab equipment are updated and experiments are done properly under supervision of teachers.

My experience studying at NSIT

Likes

Placement was among the best and most the top companies visited
Infrastructure was appreciable with no major shortage of laboratories
Senior-Junior interaction compensated the average faculty

Dislikes

Outdated curriculum negatively impacted the conceptual clarity
Too difficult to secure good grades due to strict marking
Mediocre support provided to student led initiative

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

The companies coming for internships are great
The experienced faculty who came from IIMs
The experienced clubs and their guidance

Dislikes

There is bit of mismanagement experienced,
There is last minute information available at the end moment
Disclarity in information throughout the whole semester

Placement Experience:

It is okay and it is based on luck of the student more than hardwork. You also have to network super well to get into good dream companies. It is a good place to get it out of luck through ATS sysytem.

Honest review of ddu

Likes

The teaching faculty is really nice and polite. They usually help students even when u contact them after college hours.
The engagements and the quality of the social interactions in this college is also very good and very uplifting.
The quality of the infrastructure is very good compared to other colleges in du, considering its very new.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the thought of learning about the literature of the older times was pretty exciting to me while I was choosing the course. The curriculum however does prepares you if you want to continue ur academic journey in the English field.

Wonderful life experience that can't be forgotten.

Remarks:

Good Remark: The college environment made it possible for me to have great friends and be the person who I have become. The teachers and facilities of well-equipped labs, guest lectures, events, library, etc. made it possible for us to have a great campus life. Bad Remark: The college management needs to update the library norms that they have (which made it difficult for us to have books for the weekend to study) and also need to provide students with better placement opportunities from the same field as the specializations.
