Remarks

It was a good college, and also job opportunities are in this college is very good. The admission process is very easy in this college. This college was better than college in my knowledge. I didn't refer to any blog or forum or website for choosing this college. This college is good for sports quota and any other cultural activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a chartered accountant student, so I choose this professional accounting for my career. And also there is an extra course B.com ACCA in this college. Faculties are good friends to the students. One semester has only one internal, model and semester exams. Faculties of this college were very well educative and humble mind.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

My college offers so many off-campus internship and on-campus internship. I already told you that, my college campus has surrounded with so many companies. So they preferred to make internships programs.

Placement Experience

2nd year is eligible to attend an interview and other campus placements. There are so many companies are visited in our college for offering job opportunities to the students who are studying in the RATHINAM COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE. IBM, WIPRO, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT, TCS and so many high ranged companies are situated on our college campus. 100% are getting placements in this college, because of so many companies are situated and located in our campus surroundings. So they guarantee job opportunities. Entrepreneurship development classes are more welcomed in these colleges and make so many seminars in this topic. So I preferred to be an ENTREPRENEUR.

Fees and Financial Aid

In this college, the fees structure of the courses is to be very comfortable for any families. They make the concession of fees structure to the students who are financially unstable. They make the student get a job towards his/her study. They gave loans and other financial assistance to the students to make payment comfortable. College makes fees concession to every courses under rank or mark criteria and financial criteria.

Campus Life

There were so many functions and festivals. Every department has to conduct Freshers day, department functions, culturals, seminar in the respective period. Onam festival and annual day function named ENTHUSIA are the best festivals in this college. Onam festival was conducted on or before the onam. ENTHUSIA was conducted on the month Feb-March. In ENTHUSIA, there were five days of functions are there. There was a lot of books in the library. Lack of availability of the book is not there in college. The classroom was well cleaned and every classroom has a digital operator and a CCTV camera. They are welcome good sportspersons and cultural activities in the college. JRC, NCC, NATURAL CLUB, MEDIA, and other subject related groups are there.

the college also organizes technical events, workshops, seminar, cultural, festivals and placement training programs with helps students enhance their practical knowledge
the campus has a diverse student community with a healthy and inclusive atmosphere.
the aspects I liked the most were support faculty, disciplined campus environment.

placement opportunities may be stronger for certain branches and others

Commerce cours has an entire building as we have five division in B.Com itself.
Seminars and industry people are called to guide us for placements and what all add ons do we need to learn to get a corporate job.
Our fests is too good as otherwise college gate closed at 5pm but during fests it last till 10 pm.

Dislikes

Dress code which is very wierd both for boys and girls.

Placement Experience:

P&G, Deloitte, KPMG, INTEL and many others have started taking interest in B.Com students as well. Placements though our of 400 it is still around like 100 odd students get placed from campus and with a salary of 30-40k around.
