The admission process is only through CAP. It is an autonomous government college, which is highly recommended during degree admissions. Website- www.gpnagpur.ac.in Benefits- Campus is good, academics curriculum is also good, Other than academics Activities based on your field is also very enthusiastic for participants. Disadvantages- Practical lab facilities are not that exciting for a curious student.
Course Curriculum Overview
Etc branch is linked to all the branch in cse and telecommunications, and looking at the future scope I think it will be beneficial. Teaching quality is good, but the student needs to be more conscious of their work and activities, not like school teachers gonna be always at your back for your work. Semester pattern examinations are there, twice a year and backlog exams can be given in the next sem itself. As I had said earlier a student needs to do his work maturely and examinations are tough.
Placement Experience
At the end of the 5th sem if you are AC you become eligible for campus recruitment. Ceat, Infosys, JSW, and many other companies look for recruitment in the college. The package is not that satisfying because it's a diploma course so you will get a maximum stipend upto 20k.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure- 6000/yr Scholarship for sc category- 5000/yr in 2 installments. Mahadbt portal for scholarships You can find the scholarship name there. Campus recruitment is also provided, eligibility is to be AC in all sem.
Campus Life
Etc tech fest which is held is GENESIS. Its conduct in the month of January. All types of books are available in the library. Not many satisfying classroom facilities. Sports are being held but not in the perfect manner. Annually "AVISHKAR" is being conducted in a common language we called it as gathering. It's really exciting, enthusiastic and a perfect time to get refreshed.
