Remarks

As I have just taken admission in FOSTIIMA in 2020, I would like to say that FOSTIIMA is a good college in Delhi NCR. I have searched a lot and personally visited many colleges before taken admission in FOSTIIMA. But FOSTIIMA has many plus points like IIM faculty, International and domestic trips for all students, internships and placements, etc. Also, as I am in the second semester right now, the college has organised many events and webinars, all students have their assigned mentors whom they contact whenever they want help. Overall college is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty ratio is 1:15, for mentors and students. Although all the faculties are very helpful. We can contact them whenever we want any help. Their teaching methodology in this COVID era is quite good having our classes online due to COVID. The exams were going online in COVID time only otherwise exams will be only in offline mode.

Internships Opportunities

College brings many companies for internships. The second semester just started and around 6-7 companies have already come and interviewed. Roles like Market Intern, Sales Executive, HR Executive, Financial Analyst, Finance Executive and many more.

Placement Experience

The placement is good, as from the very second semester starts company starts coming for internships, many are paid and many are not paid. But the companies are good. Companies like ICICI Bank, Delloite, and many more reputed companies came for placements. The average placement a one will get 6-7 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is also good. As compared to other colleges in Delhi NCR, the fees of FOSTIIMA is affordable i.e. 7,75,000 for 2 years including trips, books, laptops and all other facilities. They also provide some scholarships.

Campus Life

The books & journals were available all-time in the library. The library is huge. You will get all the books in each semester including in your course fee. The classrooms are well equipped. There are also many clubs, like placement committee, E-Committee and many more. College also organises many sports events. There are also extracurricular activities like rangoli competition, quizzes and many more all these events are organised by students.

Interview Experience

I got admission through my MAT score and personal interview. The college will also give admissions on the basis of other entrance exams CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT and by having a gd/pi session. I submitted the application form through the website. After submitting the application you got a call and mail for your scheduled GD/PI round. After that maybe you have to give an aptitude test if you want admission. My personal interview experience is quite good. You can also get admission on the basis of FAT i.e. FOSTIIMA Aptitude test.

Balanced and honest

Placement Experience:

Placements are active and ongoing.Currently 120 students have been placed and the process is still continuing so this number is expected to grow as more companies visits the campus . The placement conducts pre placement training.

Infrastructure and classrooms for students.

The campus is a bit short and has limited premises
The senior junior relationship which can be stressful for introvert students
No bus facilities given for students travelling acress ncr region

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the first year and there are companies that comes highest package is around 20+ Lpa and the minimum average is 11 lakhs for all the students after the degree.

Likes

The companies coming for internships are great
The experienced faculty who came from IIMs
The experienced clubs and their guidance

Dislikes

There is bit of mismanagement experienced,
There is last minute information available at the end moment
Disclarity in information throughout the whole semester

Placement Experience:

It is okay and it is based on luck of the student more than hardwork. You also have to network super well to get into good dream companies. It is a good place to get it out of luck through ATS sysytem.

One of the strongest aspects of the institute is the faculty and the academic environment. Frequently members are generally experienced and approachable.
The teaching methodology includes case studies, presentation, group, assignments, group, discussions, projects, and practical assignments.
Another positive aspect is the exposure to corporate and professional life.

Placement Experience:

Lbsim has a structured campus placement process with participation from companies across sectors, such as consulting FMCG, IT/ITES , BFSI, marketing and operations. The institute provides students with placement preparation through aptitude test, mock interview interviews, group discussion, resume, building and corporate interaction.

course curriculum is relevant and mostly what the market wants in future and whats coming ahead for us. Python is taught as its going to be huge ahead and other things are also added. There is not much gap between mid term and end term as trimester are short.

We have well maintained library with more than 40000 books and documents, there are study cabins and all facilities required to have a productive day
There ample opportunites provided to students to amp up their game. The clubs and societies themselves take initiative to provide certifications to students, more than case comps are floated and students are encouraged to take part in them
The level of discipline and commitment expected of us is very similar to the other top MBA colleges, multiple assignments, deadlines, case submissions etc. The curriculum also requires students to make use of resources like Bloomberg and prowess.

Dislikes

The quality of cohort can be better. The quality is deteriorating from the senior batch to the juniors
Not being a residential insititute is a big challenge, as the load of work is the same as any residential insitute but most students also have additional buden of travelling which becomes very taxing in the long run.
There is some level of politics that goes on in student societies which can become toxic sometimes.

Placement Experience:

The college actively provides placement support, students are eligible for placements from the first trimester itself. Last year more than 150 companies took part in the placement process. The highest offer made was 24 LPA and the average was 12.32 LPA. 99% of the 2026-2028 batch got placed by April 2026.

campus has limited sports facility and activities.
there is no residential campus vibes as it is very small
college ROI is very poor as the fees is high

from third semister students get eligible for placement and the avg package is 12.5 and median is 11 and highest is 24.There is 90% placement record.MARCH, DELLOIT, ACCENTURE, TECH MAHINDRA are the few reputed companies coming into the campus.

As i score 66%ile in CAT so when i applied for FOSTIIMA i was in normal batch not in elite one. But if you score less than 65%ile in CAT so you have to give FBSAT an Enterance Exam of fostiima and after that you will be selected if you scored well...Read More
