Indian Institute of Management - Raipur accepts CAT Scores for its admission into PGP course. The Institute's admission happens over a unified process called CAP(Common Admission process). Every year, a particular IIM takes up the responsibility to conduct the CAP Process. During my Admission, IIM Ranchi conducted the CAP Process. I converted all the new IIM's, and my decision to choose IIM Raipur over others because the institute's performance in the domain of Marketing and sales is better comparatively. I want to specialise in the domain of Marketing and sales and that makes IIM Raipur the preferred institute among new IIMS's.
Course Curriculum Overview
IIM Raipur has a student-faculty ratio of 1:60. The quality of the faculties in the institute is on par with the best institutes of the nation. Institute has around 40 full-time faculties for all the courses. Every faculty owns a doctorate degree and most of the classes will be taught using cases.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, the institute offers internship opportunities to every student. Top organisations in India visit IIM Raipur for its summer internship programs. The average stipend for the batch of 2019-2021 is around 68000.
Placement Experience
The placements at IIM Raipur is one of the best among the new IIM's. The institute bragged an average of 15.2 LPA and a median of 14.78 LPA for the academic year 2018-2020. The figures of the institute are the best among the new IIMS. The Institute welcomes the best organisation in India for its campus placements including Deloitte, Asian paints, United Breweries, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank etc. The Institute has a standard record of achieving 100% placements every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Institute charges a total fee of 14,20,400 for 2 years. The fees structure varies from course to course. Apart from the regular courses, the institute has a lot of online courses which has been explicitly taught over various online platforms with respect to Scholarship, Most of the students didn't opt for any scholarship.
Campus Life
The Institute has one of the best campuses in India. It has almost all the amenities required for a good residential sta. Due to the current pandemic scenario, the institute did not onboard us to campus.
Hostel Facilities
The Institute provides a single room facility for all the students with attached bathrooms. The hostel is not air-conditioned, instead, it has a radiant cooling system which provides a temperature of -5 to -7 degree than the room temperature. The Institute hostel facility along with the mess will make the stay at IIM Raipur memorable.
