Presidency university, A great place to learn practically. Presidency universities concentrate more on practical learning rather than theory which helps us to understand the concept easily. The engineering block in the presidency is still under construction. It is the only College that offers computer engineering through kcet.

Computer engineering is the combination of computer science and statistics and I like both of these subjects. For every class, there are 60 students,1senior lecturer, and 2 junior lecturers assigned. That is 3:60 Every senior lecturer has done their M.tech. 3hours of time is alloted for term exams and it's quite easy to pass every exam.

After 8th sem students are eligible for campus placements. There's Mahindra, Wipro, Flipkart, Microsoft,byjus and another lot of companies visited this year. The highest of 12L/annum package was offered and an average of 3.6L/annum package. Almost 70% of students get placed through campus interviews Doing m.tech in data science.

If a student admits through kcet to our college it costs them 97,573. If he/she has written kcet exam but not sure that they would get the desired seat can apply to kcet management which would cost around 1.2L If she/he admits through kcet it costs them around 2.2L If a student scored 85% or above in pu exam he/she might get a scholarship from presidency university. The national scholarship portal and state scholarship portal are the scholarships I got on campus with a stipend

Meraki is conducted every year in the month of February. And there's a snow festival every December and a tech-fest every October. There's a big library in our college and it has almost every course-related books and non-course related books like documentaries, novels, etc. Classrooms for engineering blocks are still under construction. Presidency university supports every student who has a keen passion in sports. We have a cricket ground, badminton ground, basketball court, and a football ground. There is a student counseling club that takes care of all the groups. There is a dance club, singing club, drama club, etc
