Good for education Avg or may be below Avg for Placements

Well i would conclude like this: Education : good, Campus : good, Professors(exceptions are always there ) : Good, Placements : Below Avg (they just dont know anything how industry works), Fees: Avg, Hostels : Avg.

I took HPCMAT which i cleared as well. I opted for this because that time this was topmost university in HP.

Course Curriculum wise this is a good university. The Curriculum is quite dynamic and kept up to date. They also add up some extra courses to give a industrial touch to student by courses so that student can be presentable enough in future. I have took Finance and Marketing and it was good enough. For non-commerce students accounts(only) can become a problem as professor for that is quite avg and do not understand how to interact and communicate properly with somebody who never knew what is credit and debit. Other finance subject will be easy as professors know how to keep things simple.

They Do provide internship But there is no stipend at all. TPO needs a lot lot lot more improvement. They provide internship just for sake of providing it. There is no proper system and sometimes not even related to the subject we are studying. Only few students get a good one others just go , somehow pass 2 months and then get certified , that's all.

Well, if you are really concerned about placement from University itself, then i would say this is not your cup of tea. TPO Required a lot lot lot more improvement here. Just for the sake of showing in their record "Placed" they would even place you as a receptionist (no matter you are an MBA of BE no relation with education ) . So be very sure you don't grab placement just take a degree and leave for your better future at least i would say.

This university do have some events like- Annual sports meet, Annual fest, freshers, Farewell. I would say this one is above avg in university. This is completely organized by students only and really great efforts are there . It is also a good learning experience for anybody out there so yes Plus point.

Well this is feasible i would say. If you have cleared some Entrance like HPCMAT or have good percentage in secondary then there are slabs for each exam and they give discount up to 50%. You should simply present your details and ask for maximum discount what they can offer in tuition fee. For girls there is even more(do ask university).

Yeah Hell yeah. For girls Betiyon ki baari is great one for all others as well if you bright student , you have a great chance that you will get some or other offer Just try once and give shot.

Well Campus life will be good. You will be highly vulnerable to get into some or other addictions(bad one's sadly) So gotta be careful. And gender ratio is quite balanced. You can enjoy a lot of you are really a gerk. No offense . Well this is good but quite hot(weather wise.

Well hostels are above average but mess food is average They need to improve on that. There are single/double/three sharing available. Sounds like hotel instead of hostel no, well it is like that, you have to bear with it. Rentals are reasonable and paid bi-annually along with fee.

Well i am an Alumni of this university and never said anybody to not to talk to me or take any help, at times if required, i can help them and same is the case with me. I still call my professors when i am really demotivated or need any kind of help and yes they do help me every time.

Well This is a good point in this university i would say. They follow sem. system and there are enough quizes tests presentations (don't worry you also get a lot of spare time to chill also if you are smart). The exams are taken by our own professors , set by them only so no outsider intervention. Well i would say can be improved if you keep an outsider touch also (just to give some hard time for your students).

Professors(majority of them Like Varsha Gupta) are doing a great job. They keep a practical touch to course which is good. Point here to be noted is that management should make sure that any teacher should not change job just like anything as student make a bond with them and for them it become easier to get their concepts clear by that particular teacher.
