Entrance Preview

I took the MH-CET entrance test and scored a decent 85 % .My choices were limited to a few colleges like mit and was lucky to get into fergusson.

Placement Experience

3

Average pay offered was about 2.1 lakhs/annum. Some of the names which I remember seeing from training and placement office were mostly the service based. Wipro, zest, infosys, winsoft, patni , nvidia, john derre, syntel, r systems. Most the firms we saw were IT based service industry firms.

College Events

4

There were a few technical and cultural festivals along with management ones. Most of the ones were interdepartmental in nature a few to name which I remember.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course fee was 4,50,000 and had the option of splitting it in 3 annual installments a little expensive considering it was only course fees and we also had to shell out a considerable sum for rentals/food and any other stuff we would like to learn, enjoy.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I did not avail facilities of loan. There are a few scholarships but my not so good scores did not make me eligible for them. A few banks like PnB, SBI do have but i did not avail the loan facility.

Clara's College of Commerce, Bachelor of Management Studies [BMS]

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally, I don't think it's all that great. The faculties don't care enough. They don't provide quality education and have no helping nature. The exams were kept online after the covid-19 conclusion because they have taken some code-tantra subscriptions. They compromise the quality of education for their benefit and aim at earning money.
