CSE in Lovely Professional university, Punjab

I am very excited to share everything about my New college, a Lovely Professional University. Everyone knows about the beauty of LPU but I again remember you that Lpu offers world-class facilities. It has the largest campus with offering more than 200 plus courses. Admission started in March and going till August. The admission process is very simple and easy to register. You can directly go to the official website of lpu ( www.lpu.co.in ) and can get details of every course.

I choose Diploma in computer science and engineering. Its main reason is that we are getting very much technical knowledge in this course. Every Section has 40 students. Every faculty are very talented and supportive. 90 % faculty are PhD holding. They are very experienced. Every semester is divided into 2 exams midterm and end term. It's not very hard and nor very hard to pass.

As I have not atleast visit the University, so how can I say about internships and offering companies. But I can definitely say that many companies may be coming for internships. I have listened in my online classes that students are getting internships only after the 4th semester.

In the last 2nd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. In diploma, almost all students are not going for a placement. They prefer to do B.Tech. After doing b.Tech very good package. Many companies are coming here for placement. Some of them are Microsoft, Google, yahoo, cognizant, tech Mahindra, tcs, and many more. The highest package offered by Microsoft to a student is 42 lack. One more thing is that approx 80% getting selected in the campus placement drive.

When I was talking admission the fee was 38k per semester. Students can get scholarships also according to their previous results and by the LPUNEST exam. I got a 45% scholarship. After getting a scholarship I have to pay only 21k only. College is also providing special scholarships to physically challenged students and the wards of defense personnel.

Actually, the college has not opened after this corona pandemic, so I have not very much experience with campus life and extracurricular activities. Lpu has the largest college Library in India. It is known as Central Library.
