Lovely Professional University is India's largest private university with an 800-acre campus. They are offering 200 plus course. They have tie-ups with many famous abroad Universities. The admission process is easy and free of cost with an application charge of only 500 rupees. Admission starts in March and ends in July.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose a dual degree diploma and B.Tech in Computer science and engineering. My main motto to choose this course and this university is that I want to go to Germany for my Bachelor. And has tie-up with many universities of Germany. In an online class, every section has 35 students. Every student has a mentor for any queries. In class, teachers are teaching in a very explored way so that every student can understand easily. The dates of the exam are not fixed for this semester. It is going online this semester.
Placement Experience
The placement is very good here. Its percentage is increasing every year. Students become eligible for placement drive from his 2nd last semester. Many companies are coming here for placement. Some of them are Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, HP, Cognizant and many others. The highest package offered by Microsoft was 42 Lacks. My plan after my degree is to go to Germany for Higher study.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is very much affordable in comparison to facilities. The fee for one semester is only 38000. I got a 50 % scholarship. Now I have to pay only 19000 per semester. College is providing extra scholarship to state topper students, wards of defence personnel, and top athletes. One can also get a scholarship through the LPUNEST exam.
Campus Life
I have not seen any fests in college because of the corona pandemic. But many fests have organised online this year. LPU has a separate library for every course and there is the main library called Central Library.
