Bimtech- PGDM

Closer to my place and has an awesome reputation and most importantly was suggested by my mentors at Industry. BIMTECH comes with a plethora of opportunities with one of its kind of institution. The faculty particularly the teaching staff has been amazing, supportive. The placement could have been better, but then yes, the brand value gives you an edge after 5-6 years.

In human resources, the faculty to students ratio is very good when compared to marketing or finance, in my batch we had only 17 hr students so had an edge over faculty interaction. teaching methods have been traditional with some inputs of technology.

They provide internships on and off-campus, but then not very niche opportunities, some good startups do visit here, but then it's more of individual efforts when it comes to internship maybe because of the pandemic this time.

Placement is average, marketing goes around 6-7-8, finance is also same, but difficult for HR folks, but then yes, good companies do visit bimtech. I've been blessed to have good work ex, so ain't relying on many on-campus placements.

Fees are comparatively higher when it comes to their league of colleges, having said that so, a lot of many scholarships, and an excellent student with wonderful academics can avail up to 50-60 scholarship.

Life at campus used to be good as they say, but then yes pandemic hit this too, we couldn't celebrate holi, Diwali or any festival, again that was in good spirit only, college is 45 mins from Delhi, life is good otherwise

The hostel is good, pretty excellent, I've been living away from home since 2006, have to say, they have taken care of each and everything amid the pandemic. food has been wonderful, hostel life is good,

It was a direct interview after the shortlisting from wat and xat exams. since I was with work experience got an edge over the interviews. after xat, they made to write WAT - Writing ability test for all the students. interviews were with bimtech faculty and some industry leaders.
