BBA at DTU

The college has extremely good faculty who is always available for their students at any time. Also, the college has started this course 4 years back only but still, they are doing extremely well at it. The college is working enthusiastically to be a name in the non-technical field in the also same way as it is in the technical field. The campus size is a little small but the new building looks the same as a corporate building. The library is covering a whole floor which is the best part of the college. It is beautiful. The admission process for BBA is completely on a merit basis. In Delhi, govt colleges having management courses at the undergraduate level are very few. And in this field, if you are not going for DU top 3-4 colleges then always prefer Dtu over Ipu. That's what I heard and now that's what I recommend. I got to know about the college from my brother who was a student of DTU main campus.

I have always been interested in business so what's better than BBA at the undergraduate level. There are around 180 students every year. There are around 20-22 faculty. Guest teachers are also called for some subjects. The teachers are extremely good and experienced at what they are teaching. They are always available for students and are at a call away. As I have only attended the online classes can't say much about their offline teaching method but In online classes, they try their best to make the classes interesting and Interactive. The pattern for examination has been changed current pertaining to the covid situation so term exams were not conducted.

The company conducts internship drives and corporate engagement week in which internship opportunities are provided. The companies like HCL technologies, academical.ly, various NGOs and many startup companies take part. The stipend offers are from unpaid to around 10,000 per month. Roles are business development, sales, Human resource, campus ambassador, research and development and more.

In 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Being a 1st-year 1st-semester student I don't have much idea about it. The college conducts internship weeks every year in which various companies both startups and established companies take part. I plan to do MBA after the degree.

The cost of the east campus is similar to the main campus which is not good as the facilities are highly far away from what is available on the main campus. One has 164 acres campus and the other is 2 acres which is a huge difference. 90,000 is 1st year fees 95,000 second year and around 98,000 in the last year which is not as per the facilities and also the college started only 3-4 years back in east campus. I have not claimed any scholarship or financial assistance.

I have not many ideas about the first as it has been only 1 semester and that too online. The library is extremely huge. A complete floor has only a library which has all the needful books and journals both of Indian and foreign authors. Classrooms are all air-conditioned having smart classes. There are common rooms for indoor games and football and badminton can be played outside the building but there is no particular ground available for the outdoor sports. The college has various societies 23 around conducting and participating in competitions all over the country.
