Although placements are average, few companies have a lucrative package. The number of B.Tech students enrolled is extremely large. The LPUNEST entrance test is held several times a year, with the first round of applications and the exam beginning in January. PCM/PCB + English are the subjects. The course curriculum is extensive, covering nearly all of the subjects necessary for students' academic and personal development. The placements that are available are average. Despite the large number of businesses that visit the campus. Every year, over 550 companies come to the university for on-campus placement rounds. The number of companies selling dream packages is relatively limited among these. The highest package offered is CTC Rs 42 LPA by Microsoft. Dream companies such as Amazon, Adobe, Arcesium, Goldmann Sachs, Intel, etc visit the campus every year, but only a few students are hired by these recruiters. Most of the students get hired by mass recruiters at an average package of 4-5 LPA. 610 students of LPU got hired by Cognizant in a single day last year, making it a world record in itself. The mass recruiters include Cognizant, Capgemini, Bosch, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services etc. College provides placement assistance in all possible manner, but ofcourse, clearing interview rounds is the responsibility of the candidate.

The fees for the B.Tech CSE batch 2020 were Rs 1,08,000 per semester, which remained unchanged over the eight semesters. But, at the discretion of the authorities, the fees are raised every year for new batches. At the end of each semester, an additional fee of Rs.5000 is paid as Examination Fees. Aside from that, there are no hidden costs. The majority of students qualify for one or more scholarships. Scholarships are divided into three categories: 45 %, 35 %, and 25 %. These scholarships are awarded based on a student's percentage in the 12th grade, JEE mains percentile, and LPUNEST scores. Within the campus, LPU has 11 library branches with over 20 lakh books, journals, magazines, and newspapers. The sports facilities are top-notch. Almost every sport has a strong presence at LPU. A variety of national and international sporting events are held here. It has over 500 clubs and student groups run entirely by students. Any student who meets the requirements will form his or her own club. From time to time, a significant number of Fests take place on campus. Spectra, One-India, One-World, Section of the Year, and others are the most well-known. Almost every day, various festivals, workshops, and activities take place.
