Remarks

College faculties are very responsible and always ready to solve student's queries. Using CAP, I got admission first of all we have to submit all the necessary documents along with the Demand draft which they allow only of Canara bank that is inside the campus. I immediately got DD and admission process was completed in one day. I recommend you to get admissions if you wanted to grow more and the IEEE community also conducts a lot of hackathons and it's great opportunity for girls.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty recommends books to learn or cover up the syllabus. They are very responsible and quite hardworking. Few faculty are very friendly. They are always ready to solve the doubts. Exams are pretty late as compared to Mumbai university. As well as they gave lot of PL before exam but only one day gap between two papers.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 10628 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Yes, they do offer internships on campus. If you got the internship and your performance was too impressive, there is high possibility to get hired by them. But I don't have many details about it. Most recruiters hire for the role of Software Development Engineering, Data Analyst, etc...

Placement Experience

4.5

From the third year your placement starts all preplacement talks everything. Accenture, Infosys, wipro, barclay, JP morgan, Colgate, and the list goes on...They come here for recruitment. Mostly every company here hire those who have above or 7. Students here can secure 9 cgpa. Competiton is more and placement is normal.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you are general category then you have to find any other scholarship and just submit it to the desk office. For reserved you will have to fill forms for this Mahadbt scholarship and you have to pay fewer fees according to their criteria and submit it before due.

Campus Life

4.5

Infrastructure is normal. Good desk. Smart projector to teach. They have total 11 communities. Every community has its own fest, events and theme and that is so awesome. Its worth and you don't want to miss it.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember
