Remarks

This College was providing me with my favourite course which already a few college do in Delhi university, the facility is also quite experienced and location is quite close to my home so it was quite convenient.

Course Curriculum Overview

So the curriculum was quite as usual same yet more eleborated thing, but yeah here I've got the chance to study from some really awesome professors well know in there Field and kind of motivational for me

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Placement Experience

I'm doing BA do it basically dont provide us with with any placements and that is kind of obvious concern.

College Events

The life is kinda good I've been indulging in social activities too much in my first year as we have quite an intercollege exposure and about that partying thing it isn't that well but hanging out with friends was good.

Fees and Financial Aid

There r some kind of fee concessions provide to economically Weaker sections.Also I don't know much about scholarships

Campus Life

The infrastructure was quite good a new block was under construction but we didn't go there since this Covid normal also the sports complex is one of the biggest in whole of Delhi university quite close to metro station I've been to a few other colleges they were quite far from metro.

Hostel Facilities

I haven't opted for hostel plus there is no hostel facility provided with the college..

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Placement Experience:

College provides huge opportunities for placement Till now we have around 400 companies who visited our college and still the placements are going on so everyone in the end gets placed Highest package is around 60lpa and the average will be around 9-10 , As i said almost every one gets placed in the end till now 70% are placed

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

I would not suggest On Campus placement for this college as the placement cell is not very good here. However one can score a great package if they develop skills in the field of chemical engineering.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 5th semester onwards. Many companies came and the highest placement was 23 LPA last time. Some courses get less placement than others but overall the opportunities are alright.

Remarks:

This college is a govt. College so the teachers are very good and the tution fees is very less. The only disadvantage is that it doesn't have a good campus. Other than that everything like computers lab, mechanical labs are all in good conditions so students won't miss out much except in the sports area.

The admission is entirely done on the basis of your entrance marks. You can fill this university PhD form after doing your Masters or even in your last year of this master degree. If you do good and get excellent marks in your entrance test they will eagerly provide you admission.

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

DU intakes admission on the basis of CUET UG exam, and then there's the reservations for all categories, so basically your admission is based on the CUET marks and reservations, and then you get a chance to make a preference list of colleges and courses and then DU allots you a seat based on your preference list and your marks as per category....Read More
