Remarks

The seat was allowed by government exam called PGCET, and then I got this seat according to my rank. I had an guess that I would get this college and that is how I short listed my college and then on the day of first counciling of seat I got this college and then I joined this college

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty of the college is average not too good and the staff is also the same. And when it comes to facilitating they are the average. Some professor is good, I can say extraordinary and some are underrated and that is how this college is about

Placement Experience

Placement of this college is very good and Most of the students get placed in a good company. Big company come here for the placement of the students and that is why there are familiar. And they also give pre-placement training etc

College Events

When it comes to campus this is a very vast campus, it is around 29 acres. And there are other courses offered on this campus and there is a hostel facility for the outside students and good vibes like rock garden park etc are available

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fees differ form government seat and private / Management seat. Government seat fee is 1,22,000 per annum and management seat fee is 3,40,000 per annum.Scholarships are only for SC, ST, and minority. College does not provide loan facilities. In Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering MBA in VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) has 70% placement.

Hostel Facilities

There are 2 types of the hostel on this campus, Indian hostel and NRI hostel. The Indian hostel cost 80000 hostel fee, 50000 food mess fee and 5000 security deposit fee refundable. And about NRI hostel 120000 hostel fee, 60000 food mess fee ( here this is Optional) and 5000 security deposit fee refundable

Hostel Fee: INR 135000 per year

Admission

As I have got my seat under government exam that PGCET I did not have any interview, group discussions and written test. This test will be there for management seat students. And who comes from kmat exam.

ISME: THIS IS ME !!

Course Curriculum Overview:

For jobs, it prepares you very well. You work through real case studies, Harvard business simulations, and a 4-to-6-month corporate internship, so you aren't completely clueless on day one at an office. If your goal is a PhD or pure research, though, it leans a bit too practical and corporate rather than deeply academic.

Life at ISME

Likes

I liked the faculty members as they are very approachable
Mentorship programs, international certifications
The diversity of students in our batch. Students came from all the parts of India.

Dislikes

College is very far from the main city and the airport as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is very student friendly. We have guest lectures from various industry experts, subject matter experts etc. Our course is more practical based and industry focused. We also have regular exams for continuous monitoring.

Great Learning Experience

Likes

The batch size is small and competitive.
The International Immersion Program at Singapore
Industry Trajectory Program, which includes paid internship opportunities for 6 months months at top companies like Grant Thornton and ITC

Dislikes

The campus is far away from the main city
The 80% attendance in college is mandatory

Placement Experience:

We sit for final placements from our second year whereas other internship opportunities starts from the very beginning, like in our first year we had companies like EY and Deloitte for our Summer Internship Placement (SIP)

Likes

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

Likes

We have good faculties, who are very friendly and approachable
Study matarial is also very helpful, we are getting enough information and learnings we want
Corporate exposure of this college is amazing...we are getting good internships related to our feild

Placement Experience:

240 recruiters come to this college....we have industry trajectory program, placement oriented term, mock interviews, workshops. We have average package of 8pla and highest package is 17 lpa. We have career opportunities cell which prepare you for summer internships and final placement. In ITP students get stipend between 25 to 40k.

Dayanand sagar college of engineering overall review
