Remarks

The admission process was quite smooth and was based on marks only. There was no other quota. Minimum marks were 60% and above and no age restrictions. There was a counselling day where all the details of the program were explained. Right from the syllabus, to placements to other perks.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course to understand retail marketing and management in depth. The faculty-student ratio was 6:60 which definitely provided a great space for every individual to grow. The traditional teaching method was not the only method rather Innovative ways were used to teach. The exam pattern was 2 internal exams and 1 external exam in 1 semester.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 4th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Numerous companies visit like Google, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Accenture, Cognizant, PickYourTrail. 50-70% of the students are placed. I'm currently working in a skincare brand as an E-commerce Executive.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were nominal which did give justice to what the college provided. Right from college fests to seminars to outdoor activities. I got a Goldman Sachs internship which was 30000/ per month for an 8-week internship.

Campus Life

Various fests are conducted right from the south film festival to national programs. Books of all genres are available in the library and it has a partnership with National Library. Classrooms are equipped with the latest technology whiteboards and screens. Sports are given extra importance in college to participate in National tournaments.

Position environment

Likes

The staffs are very kind and respectful.
The teaching is helpful to reaching a growth for the students
I would like to say my college atmosphere is very nice

Dislikes

The quantity of the foods also very less.
The canteen foods prices are too high.
The distance of the restroom is very long

Placement Experience:

The college have so many placement and they Provide many opportunities for the students. The company's also provide a different jobs roll Which makes students to apply and participate to the placement and interview.

Internship opportunities

Likes

The faculty members were supportive, approachable and guided us well throughout year
I liked the friendly and positive campus environment
The BBA curriculum gave me a good foundation in business and management

Dislikes

Cultural events could have been organised more frequently
More opportunities could have been given to students to show talents
More inter- college events could have been organised

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in the final year, with companies offering roles in sales , human resource, banking, and management many students got placed with good package. The package are dependent on the company and profile

The best college life

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in my college are good, with campus placements starting from the final year. Companies from different sectors visit the campus and offer roles based on students’ skills and qualifications. The salary packages vary depending on the company and profile. A good percentage of students get placed through campus recruitment. After completing my degree, I plan to start my career in a Digital Marketing or Business Management role and gain practical experience.

Infrastructure , coaching , food, location

Dislikes

Peoples are divided by caste. Students sittimg with their fellow caste students .

Culturals are good but daily class test is bad. Ever period was test very bad computer Mam are very strict no any casual takes. Every time have test. But good teached computer labs. And class.

Best things about my college life

III got seats in rathinam, government college, Hindustan and psgcas. But I'm interested in statistics so i joined here hence its the only college in coimbatore has bsc statistics course. My college dairy

I firstly and foremost preference is PSG College which I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree and I applied 4 more colleges but I got mail from this college only. Compare to other colleges I like PSG more because the first reason is it located in Coimbatore the city is cool and best.
