Remarks
Admission process was good. JAC conducted the counselling. They allocate seats online,but you have to go to DTU for in person document verification. In DTU 85% of there total seats are reserved for Delhi students(who completed theie 12th in Delhi).
Course Curriculum Overview
In DTU placements for COE branch are very good.But core branch students gets less opportunity. Electrical faculty are very strict in DTU. Mostly teacher are well qualified in DTU. Many of them completed their PhD.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies comes in DTU to offer internship. Many of them also provide stipend. eg- Amazon samsung and many more big companies comes for internship purpose. But for core Electrical Students internship opportunies are very less.
Placement Experience
DTU provides very good placements for tech students. opportunities for core students is also there but they are less as compared to tech students.Every year a very large number of students gets placements
Fees and Financial Aid
College Fess is very high and it increases every year. DTU also provides some scholarship based on financial situation of any student. Some E district Delhi Schoralship also opens every year. In which student can apply easily and can get scholarship upto 100% on tution fees.
Campus Life
Campus Life in DTU is very good. Engifest is the biggest or the 2nd biggest fest in North Delhi. There is Gymnasium, a big Sports Complex inside university. Many societies related to different activities are also in DTU in which student can participate and can create a good network with other branch students and with seniors.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is not that good. Only outside delhi student(whi completed their 12th in scholl which is outside of delhi) gets Hostel accomodation. But just outside the main gate of University there are lot of PG, hich provide many facilities.
