Remarks

Good aspects of vsics is the quality education. Friendly behaviour of teaching and non teaching staffs. Good placements in reputated companyLike tcs Wipro Infosys. I also get placed in tcs from this college in 2019. Full BCA course in just 120000 in affordable price. Helps students in availing scholarship facility. Bad aspects- Feels like you are living a school life once again. Particular dress to wear. Only Saturday u can wear casuals. And these are not the bad aspects these are only the things to make u like a way so that u can get placed in a good reputed companies. Admission process is a very smooth process. From generating web registration no to the end of the placement to a company college members are with you. Reason of preferring this college is that the way of teaching is good. And notes are proper so that u can learn things easily. At last year preparation of interview. And good education in affordable amount.

Good course you will learn about the computer languages.Teaching method is good.Have a fare competition.Student ratio is average.Mid term exams are also there which will help the students to know about there preparation.Timely exams get conducted.All the teachers are minimum 2 year experienced.Post graduate and maximum 14 year experience. And have multiple degree.

Inspite of internship there is an opportunity of training on a specific language with the industry professionals.Have taught good and also help in clearing the interview.The colege person ar very helpful.In conducting the training for two months.The over all experience is good seeing from the training point of view.

From 4th semester students are eligible for the campus placements TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Paytm, Zaro Education, British Telecom, Tech Mahindra, and many more.Approximately 60% of students get placed. Currently doing job in TCS.

Annual fest funfiesta where there ar many games stalls etc.Annual function srijan every year.Annual sports event energy where there are different games like field events track event.And will get certificates and medals for the same.Technical fest at also there included in annual function srijan.Many social group like helping old age home people.

You will get admission directly and on the basis of your 12th grades you will get some rebate in your college fee. And you can also give the university entrance exam Conducted by csjmu University every year. After getting your rank card. You will call for the councelling and after that if your rank is good enough u will get your desired college. These are the two ways to get admission in this college

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

My college life was a rollar coaster comedy life.

Likes

The first aspect of the college that I would like to appreciate was the class size but apart from that the infrastructure like class bench were not in proper condition which truly need to be in concern like many sideways.
The learning facility of the college like in terms of infrastructure and and the resources were really good and faculty where also the supporting too much.
The effectiveness of placement services and the support provided for career advice advancement I would like to say most of the student where Got placed in very reputable position in company which you can also locate them on LinkedIn ID they are .

Dislikes

The first thing that I don't like about the colleges the they say that there is 100% placement which is completely not whether it is our college or other College it's never up to the mark.
Second thing I didn't dislike about the colleges that the mindset of student they were it's okay that they were competitive but like they were the kind of leg pulling person throughout the semester they didn't like to see somebody gaining more.

Placement Experience:

Speaking about the campus placement and internship opportunity the company visit for this college campus where not so good like they were decent labeled but not that high profile company apart from this the college also provided internship for deserving candidate where applying and most not always getting but let me tell you you have to also work hard no college used to give complete internship and placement either it's our college or you can take another college also the same condition so if you are thinking guaranteed internship and college placement so I would like to recommend work hard, if you literally want on campus placement. Don't get this pointed if you are not getting placement from college you can apply for self help also as it is a digital AI and lots of job companies like LinkedIn and reputable websites are also there to apply for just I would like to say build your skill ,upskill yourself throughout the college semester period workout also on your psychic like body posture and good looking and personality developing developing which is most important criteria plus charm in the job purpose and you will give a good status.

Infrastructure and college staff support

there are only practical are helde but I haven't joined any of the curriculum activity and there are only classes Ihave attended so there no expriance of the curriculum and for the difficulty level I haven't found any issue

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

There is so much happening in college that it gets a little bit confusing sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because its really a noble profession and I would like to contribute by best into this course. The curriculum preparess me for the real world applications really well especially moot courts. The teaching methods of the teachers are really fun and engaging they interact with the whole class. Makes it easy to understand the subject. No improvemnets needed right now. The exams are of moderate level and of 2hrs max internals and helps in improving.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

Admission:

To get admission, I had to first fill application form and then pay a small fee for applying to the college, then after submitting the marks scored in 10+2, students were called for a campus interview upon which the students were selected.

Real world experience with Good Projects

First i went to 2 to 3 colleges in kanpur that are PSIT, AXIS college, KIT and then my college which is Dr. Virendra Swarup Institute of Computer Studies the reason to visit these colleges it to compare the fees structure and and all other things like palcement support, library and all other factors. And when i compared the fee structure of my college with the other colleges it was less as compared to others my college fees was 150000 for 3 years and rest are like 200000, 250000 and 300000. and in my college first we have to clear the kanpur university paper then we can take admission and the cutoff for this paper is 60% and your overall academic percentage should not be less than 50%. I did not received any rejection from any colleges i rejected the colleges because of lack of amenities and outdated curriculum and when i comapred my college with others it has all updated curriculam with good labs and libraries which was not good there in other colleges i visited....Read More

I went to the PSIT for the same course but i Choose the VSICS only because the fees is low comare to PSIT , The education quality is also good and the timing of the collge is too less so thee is no wastege of time even the Placement of BCA batch is too good compare to the PSIT. My Honest Experience at VISCS

I chose this college because this college is very near from my home. Fee structure of this college is also very nice and affordable for my parents to afford. BCA placement of my college is the best in the city and this college was also recommended to me from my elder cousins and friends so that why I chose this college. If I compare my college to PSIT which is best in the city that is also in Kanpur I will say that my college is better in the BCA department as the placement of BCA in my college very good PSIT is great for the students who want to pursue B.TECH. Before applying to this college I applied for BA LLB from DU (Delhi University). But I could not go there because at that time it was needed for me to remain at my home because of some problems as I told previously. Admission process of my college is very clear and easy, you have to just show your 10th and 12th Marks and after that you have to give a simple test after which college management will tell you whether you have secured a seat or not.
