Remarks

Mainly for placement purpose, I got placed in a reputed multi national company last year, During my admission I read below website, https://www.lpu.in/placements.phpInfrastructure of the university is very nice and popular, university is mainly known for its placement and event they organize.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE because I was interested in coding, it was overall great experience, faculty was very nice and use to help us all the time, I am not sure about the student ratio, in some batch there were more boys and in some more girls, semester used to be of 5 months in which mid term exam will be first 2 months, and finally exam were conducted like normal exams in every institutes, it will be easy to pass if study and difficult if not.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 436000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, I got placed in Capgemini, there was role of analyst and senior analyst, I got job for Analyst post, for first 6 months I got 20k and after that 27k. Now I am currently working in incident management where I will be getting customer queries according to it I have to respond and raise ticket to the developer.

Placement Experience

It has campus placement and off campus placement, companies offer package from 3 to 28 lakh on campus and it could go till 42 lakh off campus, students will get placed 90-95 %. Placement process is very simple.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure depends on 12th marks, more percentage in 12th more scholarship, apart from that there is entry level exam called LPUNEST, depending on LPUNEST exam if your scholarship is more than your scholarship based on 12th marks will not be considered, apart from that there is scholarship handicap students, sports Kota etc.

Campus Life

Campus life is awesome, there is sports complex, playground, food courts etc apart from there every year there is events like one world and youth vibe which have DJ nights etc, there is also one block of building where students have lot of clubs for extra curricular activities.

Admission

Yes, I went through LPUNEST exam which has multiple choice questions of physics, chemistry, and maths. You just have to go to LPU website and register for the exam, select your city, pay for the exam, it will cost 100-200.

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
