Remarks

First of all I got the scholarship and the professors were very knowledgeable. Also, the infrastructure and environment was awesome. One thing I don't like about my university is that Hugh crowd of students which generally increase the competition level.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

According to my interest I opted for this course. Students ratio in my department was balanced and the professors were very knowledgeable. The way they teach was great. Also the level of difficulty in exams were high.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Inside my university itself you will get the internship assistance. Also if you have referal then university will approved it. I have done two internships in two different organizations. First one was Caparo Engineering India Ltd, Alwar, Rajasthan in 2017. My role was as Trainee and I got 7000 per month. I have worked in production department. After that in 2018 I have done my internship in Jindal Saw Ltd Mathura. The role was as Trainee and worked in Production and Miantance Line.Overall experience was very good in both the company.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement is very good in my university. From third year students are eligible for placement and companies will come for recruitment till last year. Basically in CSE department more that 200 companies visit every year and it is increasing every year. I would say more 70% student got placement which is quit good. Yes foe mechanical department, less number of companies visit for placement. But many of students from different brach get placement in software based company.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee of the different courses are quite expensive. But definitely you will get the scholarship on the basis of percentage on your 12th result and also you will get when you will clear the entrance exam. Definitely you will get placement. Every year the selection rate is increasing. If you good in study then definitely you will get the job.

Campus Life

If will talk about my life in campus then I cannot describe in words because lota of memories are connected to your heart. After Completion of daily classes I usually go to do exercise and rome in the college. Also we play cricket on the ground. Apart from that I went to take meeting of group of students as I was working with an organization named Sankalp Enviro. We do have discussion regarding the different events.

Admission

When I was going through placement process there were no group discussion process. I went through several stages which mention below:1. CV selection 2. Aptitude test3. Programming Test4. Technical interview 5. HR RoundSo, over all experience was good and also I got placed. Also I am running a YouTube channel : ARCVILA.

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

teachers are so experienced and they are so supportive in here.
the placements in this university are great, all the big tech companies do visit while placements and provide jobs to the deserved students.

Dislikes

All the online courses should be reduced.
nothing is there in the university that is to dislike.
majority of the things are all good in our university.

Placement Experience:

The placemnets in the university starts from the 3 year only. companies comes in the 3rd year, students= can give interviews in this year, and they can get the NOC. wich means you can go for the job or the iinternship and there is no need to take the classes, because you are taking the indyustry level experience in the prior basis also.

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

A TOUR TO CGC LANDRAN

Likes

Events are more frequent here and most of the stars from punjabi industry are called more often for film promotions
No ragging is there infact seniors are friendly and try to help juniors
TPP (training and placement program) is provided that help students to crack placements

Dislikes

Attendance criteria (minimum 75 % is essential to maintain to be eligible to give exams)
Class timings are fixed from 9:15 to 4:35 and you can not enter in between 10 to 12:00 PM as gates are closed for this duration
Strength is rapidly increasing as new courses are introduced which increases competition during placements

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent, from 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement students need to enroll in TPP(Training and placement program) in order to get eligible for campus placement, Many companies visit our campus for eg Capgemini, LNT, ZSCALER, EDIFECS, AMAZON, PWC, WATCHGUARD TECHNOLOGIES etc overall above 200 offerrs are made to our senior batch with the highest package of 32LPA and average package of around 4.5LPA. more than 60% of students get placed . I am also sitting for campus placement and wish to get placed soon

College Life is Fun, Various activities and events happen in and around college, you got to know about others and crowd is also decent, Mostly Students are from northern regions that is Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand .
Teachers are good and placement coordinators also help students to get good package on campus. a decent package can be bagged by a student if he/she seriously study and obtain a decent CGPA in exam. Make sure you clear all exams till 8th semester.
Infrastructure Is also good, laboratories are fitted with new desktops and campus size is also decent, Tuck shops and various Canteens are available inside the campus. Also Central Library is there inside the campus where students can study in exam t

Dislikes

The curriculum for 1st and 2nd semester is purely based on subjects that you studied in 11th and 12th, the advance versions of those topics are there in 1st and 2nd semester which make it difficult for students to get good grades.
The placement in other branches like Mechanical, electrical is mere, and one can face difficult in getting on campus placement if he/she belongs to these streams. Also Lack of practical knowledge is there in these streams, Theory is more focused.
If one opt for hostels, then the hostel facilities are not as good as it should be , the mess food is pathetic and one can face difficulty if he/she opt for hostel, also campartively hostel fees are also very high, whereas nearby Pg's are cheaper

Placement Experience:

placement is good in our college. Aveage package is 400000, and average package for cse stream is approx 500000. Various companies like alstom, infosys, accenture, TCS, Wipro, amazon, Walmart, JP Morgan chase and co. etc visit campus every year and recruit students. Approx 300+ companies visit campus and above 80% of cse students are placed but In other streams like ECE.EE and ME etc placements are campartively lower and students face difficulty in order to get placed. MY plan is job oriented i also want to get placed on campus and hope so i will get placed in a good company.
