Remarks

I applied for many colleges like Bharti Vidyapeeth, SRM, and a few Delhi university colleges but I ended up going to ASET, Delhi. The process was easy. I cleared IPU CET with good rank. I didn't have to go for spot round as I got the seat during online counceling only. Some people definitely went for spot round as they didn't receive any seat.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to become a software developer so I chose this course. The faculty members are overall nice but some teachers are not. Some of them just want to become a jack of all trades which is not good. The courses are quite comepetitive here. First we have to give sessional exams of 25 marks and then after few weeks semester exams are held.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 95000 per year

Placement Experience

The most immaculate thing about this college is its placements. Especially for students from CS and IT background. I can give a surety that if you opt for IT or CS in this college, you would get placed in between two months. You will get to seat in every placement everyday. The max package could go upto 35 LPA and the average package is 3.5 LPA. Shell, google, HCL and lot of big companies would come to hire you.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no hike during my time. Yes, there were scholarships but I didn't know about it back then. I think the scholarships are given to students under special requirements. The fee was quite normal according to me.

Campus Life

The campus life is pretty amazing. You would meet a lot of people on campus during your club activities. You can be part of any society whether technical or cultural. It is really helpful to build your personality in the long run.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Amity for IT

The admission process was a well-structured procedure starting from registering for the university. After that, there was document submission and then the entrance test namely 'IPUCET' took place which was a well-structured test with equal importance to all the three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Maths, and the difficulty level was on a higher side as it is expected in an entrance exam. Then was choice filling. So I filled my college. Counseling was online with a list of max ranks allowed to be displayed and we had 2 days to freeze our seat in the college....Read More
