Remarks

Okay so I've heard alot about IBS Hyderabad. And out of all the branches, it's the best one to be in. Plus i always wanted to do mba outside delhi. So i got the score gave my interviews got selected and yeah, here i was, in the best college for case studies and practical knowledge. So yeah, im happy. No, i didn't take any loans.

Course Curriculum Overview

Okay so I've just completed my first sem in MBA. The kind of knowledge teachers have and give other than books and the curriculum is commendable. Really looking forward to learn more each day. Curriculum is also fine and according to latest methods and syllabus.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 1800000 per year

Placement Experience

I've talked to faculties seniors and seen the brochures for placements. Till now everything right from marketing to finance every placement comes in college. Lets see how it turns when i go there.

College Events

Because of lockdown and corona everything is going online. I've seen my campus in pictures and I'm eagerly waiting for it to reopen. Since everything is online for now, i cannot comment much about the events and extra curricular activities. Though all the events that happened online were quite interesting and challenging.

Worth considering for your tech career

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Relevant and practical experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before joining I thought it would be like any other engineering college where we just study for exams. But after coming here, I felt it's a bit different. We do have theory classes, but there are also coding sessions, projects and assignments almost every week. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but I think it's actually helping us learn better. The syllabus feels relevant.

A valuable four year journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been a nice mix of theory and practical work. We don't just sit through lectures all day there are coding sessions, projects, assignments, and hands on activities that make the subjects easier to understand. It feels like you are learning skills that you'll use later. One thing I noticed after joining is that the classes don't feel the same every day. Some days are regular lectures while on others we are working on coding problems, assignments or small projects. That change keeps things interesting.

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer.This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more.The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.

I didn't apply to any other colleged since I was focused on OBS Hyderabad. The addmission process is straightforward. You can apply through CAT, NMAT and IBSAT with IBSAT offering a scholarship of two lakhs to the eligible students. IBS made me a professional!

IBS has the reputation of one of the best B-Schools in the country, offering innovative and globally accepted programs and great opportunities for all-round development. I heard this from my college , who was a alumni of this institute and convinced me to pursue my Masters from there. For online application, I filled the form available on the official website (www.ibshyderabad.org) followed by online application fee payment around 1000. I had to submit 12th marksheet in which I scored 82%, graduation marksheet with 78% and appeared for CAT exam scoring 150 and deposited documents supprting work experience for at least 2 years. IBS at its best

My admission process started after i had filled up the college form. The forms are available online as well as offline. The cost of the application fee was INR 2000, after which i was called for an interview on a given date. During this time i paid another INR 20,000 and the admission was based on merit of my class 12 performance with the minimum requirement being 60% with no admission test required for my BBA program. During the interview, I was asked about why I wanted to take BBA and study here.
