Remarks
Banaras Hindu University offers MBA program which is very relevant to the industry needs. The admission is based on the CAT scores and combined merit of Written Test; Academic records, Group discussion and Interview. The institute is having good reviews both on placement offers and the infrastructure facilities. So I decided to join BHU
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is not much difficult for me. The exams are easy and wil get good scores if you work hard only. The pedagogy involves Lectures, Seminars, Case Studies, Project Assignments, Role Playing, Company Visits, Panel Discussions etc. Faculties are greatly qualified but very good in creating good teaching learning experiences to students.
Placement Experience
The placements are good enough. The students need to work hard to get through the placements sessions to get a good offer. The summer internship is a eight-week practical training in which many of us got good pre placement offers. In 2019-2020 , the Maximum package obtained was INR 15 LPA and average package was INR 7 LPA .Infosys, Coal India, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Pantaloon, Visa Steel, FINO, Ansal API etc are some top recruiter visited the campus for both summer and final placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities
INR 98,888 is the total fees for regular seats .In case of paid seats an additional amount of INR 1,50,000 is to be paid. Financial aids in the form of free meal facilities, grants and tuition fee waivers are given from the college. Scholarships include both government and industry sponsored ones.
Campus Life
Campus life is full of energy. The peer learning is best in the campus. By involving in the culbs and committiee programmes, fests, events etc , eachstudents could get good managemenst oppurtiunities in organisation and leadership qualirties. Sevarth, Kalpavriksha, Cultural Club and Sports Club are the major clubs in the campus.
