Remarks
My first choice to pursue my MBA programme was from IIT Ahmedabad, but since I couldn't be able to take admissionss there due to some reasons , I preferred studying MBA at BHU. As I had already pursued BBA from this institute, BHU was eventually my another option as it was already very popular for its academic excellence, quality education services, incredibly knowledgeable faculty, challenging curriculum, healthy competition, practical learning experience, student-driven campus, etc. My admission was done based on CAT score and BHU PET (test conducted by BHU) followed by PI and GD.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very clear and easy to understand. It is entirely designed based on the updated trends, challenges, demands, and requirements of the job market. The faculty members of BHU are well versed in their respective fields. Most of them are PhD holders. Some of them are visiting faculty. They provide in-depth knowledge about the course concepts by using various teaching techniques.
Placement Experience
The university has a placement committee that is committed to provide an opportunity to the students by placing them in reputed companies. Thus, several recruiters and companies are invited for recruitment purposes. For the MBA programme, more than 140 offers were made by 37 recruiters and the highest CTC was recorded at INR 13 LPA. Some of the major recruiters were Genpact, DHL, Wipro, IBM, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Coffee Day Beverages, IDBI Bank, IFFCO, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very feasible and affordable which is just INR 1 Lakh. However, there are other deposits that must be paid. Students can also avail for the industry sponsored financial assistance and government funded schemes & scholarships available at the University.
Campus Life
BHU has an amazing campus infrastructure which is well-equipped with all the basic facilities such as air-conditioned classrooms with modern facilities like projectors, high-end sound systems, and 3d screens. There's a recreational room, sports ground, auditorium, seminar halls, computer labs, etc within the campus. Also, BHU has student committee that organizes various events and fests throughout the year.
