Remarks

A large, diverse student body.More choices of majors and specializations.More networking opportunities to help land internships and jobs.Well, I applied to several universities, but I got turned down at all of the others, so was the only one that accepted me. So that made the decision an easy one for me."

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The academic curriculum in many universities is determined in part by the faculty staff, with courses derived from their areas of expertise. As research responds to innovation and change, so courses follow. However, faculty also respond to a variety of other influences on the curriculum. There has always been a close link between higher education and the requirements of professional work, and this tends to influence the inclusion of high-level transferable skills, such as problem-solving, information analysis, learning to learn, and communication in general, rather than specific content.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 370000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

As per the data of Amity placements 2020, over 500 companies visited the institute for placements and the students got more than 1,700 job offers. The placement records for Amity University 2020 placements were also commendable. The highest salary offer of Rs.

College Events

The importance of extracurricular activities on college campuses is well established. The primary goals of extracurricular activities focus on the individual student level, the institutional level, and the broader community level. These activities exist to complement the university's academic curriculum and to augment the student's educational experience. According to a 1993 article by Alexander Astin, almost any type of student involvement in college positively affects student learning and development.Read more: College Extracurricular Activities - Impact on Students, Types of Extracurricular Activities - Organizations, Involvement, Development, and University - StateUniversity.com https://education.stateuniversity.com/pages/1855/College-Extracurricular-Activities.html#ixzz6fPDSwS1W

Hostel Facilities and Accommodation Experience at SRMU University

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty. Faculty Quality and Placement Opportunities at SRMU University
Spacious campus and decent infrastructure.
Supportive and knowledgeable Good academic environment and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Placement opportunities could be improved.
Hostel facilities and maintenance need improvement.
More practical learning and industry exposure are needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum 4 out of 5. It is relevant and covers the essential concepts of the subject, providing a good theoretical foundation. However, more practical learning, industry exposure, and updated course content would make it more comprehensive and career-oriented.

The beauty of BHU

Likes

The things I liked about the college are the faculty and the professors. They are very cooperative and helpful.
The campus life is quite beautiful here, campus is very close to nature and you can get fresh air. Also the infrastructure is on the top they have all the facilities which are required.
There is an active placement cell in the campus which usually provide in campus placement to students according to their concerned departments.

Dislikes

Some of the things which i think should need to be improved are the classrooms and canteens.
Also I think there is need of improvement in placement cells fir humanities students.
For library I would also say there needs an improvement because they have less capacity in comparison with number of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very relevant. I took admission in pg diploma in guidance and counselling which is a one year diploma course. I was inspired to do this course specially because it can provide you placement for sure. After this you can apply as a counsellor in any academic setting or NGOs.The teaching method of professors is quite good. They almost cover the entire syllabus before exams

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

It's near my place and Amity has made a lot of changes in the curriculum to help students learn better and get better jobs. When the job market has been really down, most of the students of MBA from Amity got placed, and a few who were not placed are still getting placement assistance. If you have read newspapers during the placement times, there were many colleges which were struggling to get even one student placed, but Amity, though slow in placements during that time, managed to perform decently....Read More
