Remarks

On counseling day, they helped us with patience and supported throughout the process. They demanded 40 k on spot for seat fixing. I applied for many other college of ggsipu but due to my low rank I get some. Later I froze my seat and realized that even if I get my rank in any other college of ip . I can't get into that seat. And some colleges are out of Delhi region and I don't want to study in any other state

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Faculty members are very cooperative .they are really putting efforts in online classes. Term exams are more like class 11th exam. I opted for cse and my college has 2 section for cse with 120:60 in shift 1 and shift 2.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Social media marketing intern, web developer, graphic designer, content writer, HR, and many other roles are offered by the different companies like arbitrium, white hat Jr., airfeed, tbh circle, virtual testing foundation.

Placement Experience

10% of total students in our college get placement. We are eligible for campus placements in 3rd year. Name of the visited companies are:airbus, wipro ,extramarks, nucleus software, vinove, Infosys, tata consultancy service

Fees and Financial Aid

I applied for internship in arbitrium company which provided with no stipend but they provide LOR letter, certificates. Some internships also provide stipend upto 10k per month. Books are provided in library so there is no additional cost of study in the time of loackdown al least.

Campus Life

Our college has many clubs like robotics, e cell, literature and many more. They also host many fests in the college but I am unable to attend am enjoy any of these due to covud 19 situation. We have a big library in the college and

My experience studying at NSIT

Likes

Placement was among the best and most the top companies visited
Infrastructure was appreciable with no major shortage of laboratories
Senior-Junior interaction compensated the average faculty

Dislikes

Outdated curriculum negatively impacted the conceptual clarity
Too difficult to secure good grades due to strict marking
Mediocre support provided to student led initiative

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

How Good B.Tech. from JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA is?

Likes

Here in Jamia the faculty is very experienced in their fields , they make you feel Engineering and not to just read books. there teaching methods are amog the top in the nation
the curriculum not just focus on your engineering but also focuses on your personality development.
the infrastructure itself gives you the feel of oldness and the reputation of the college.

Dislikes

one bad thing is its less availability of Hostel rooms .
there is a very strict rule of 75% attendance .

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.

The Dream College Life

Likes

The campus is completely different from the whole city, it is more cleaner and is quiet peaceful with various different beautiful views at different points and is not too big so could easily walk through the campus.
Has really great architecture of the buildings and is surrounded by really intelligent people including some over the top profs and some really great minds from the country.
The night life is completely different and is one of the best part of staying in campus.

Dislikes

some of the hostels are quiet old and need renovation.

Placement Experience:

If you study passionately and have decent communication skills and some important competencies, I assure you that you will secure a position in a great company. Here at IIT Delhi, you earn what you work for; you can receive salary packages as high as 2 crores, but some offers start as low as 4 lakhs per annum.

HMRITM College and Life

I chose HMR colllege over other colleges because my uncle is an alumni of this college and he briefed me everything About the college and what was the nature and environment at the college and my colleges since situated in a village kind of area it is very evitonment friendly and also as excellent opportunities for the students to grow side from this I got admitted into SRM Sonipat University but it was a little far away from my house so I took hmr in my consideration. I couldn't make to a better college of IPU since my rank was 628000 something because I did not pay attention to the JEE exam since I want to go abroad and study in Canada but since there is a lot of crisis in Canada right now I couldn't make their so I choose hmr college in special spot round and gotta seat in it to get admission in my college there is IPU counselling which conducts different rounds and after that online and offline spot round also the cutoffs are pretty moderate and the admission is on the basis of rank and you need to give the JEE exam to get admission in good colleges of IPU....Read More
