I have applied for 3 universities for B.Tech and attempted entrance tests. But I find LPU test was mostly based on real life situations. Lpu test was beyond my expectations. I liked the test interface and I got good percentage in LPUNEST, So I got scholarship of 50% So I taught to join LPU. Admission process is very easy everything was online and mentor help us for admission process. All the physical document submission and ID card issued within 1hr. First day is induction day where they introduce about University previous achievements and future goals. They clear every doubt of student. There is seperate parents meeting held with vice councellor to clear doubts of parents. Every process is very smooth and open.

In each semester there are two terms, Mid term and End term. There are weekly tests which are added to our final result. There are practical exams based on core subject. Exams are moderate. Mid term will be MCQ's and End term will be theory. Attendence will be added to final result. So maintain atleast 75% to avoid backlogs.

There are many companies with many different job roles based on students knowledge and experience. As I got placement in cognizant and Capgemini they offer me senior analyst based of my core knowledge. They provide 3-4 months of internship with stipend. They provide live and hands-on project. Internship is best opportunity to get practical knowledge which is very helpful for future. There will be daily meeting with team leader and manager where we should provide them details of work completed and we can ask for help if we have any doubts.

Students start getting offers in 6th semester. We can opt for placement of we want. There are many big companies that visit every year like Google, microsoft, Genpact, cognizant, Capgemini, tcs. We can write all placement tests and join in our dream company. The highest package in LPU till date is 1 crore and average package is around 7-12 lakhs. Bulk students are placed in cognizant and Capgemini. LPU has placed almost 95% of students every year. People can continue masters in university If they don't want placement in company. Students can also opt for higher studies abroad which are provided by university with scholarship.

Fees structure is very open. Fees is hiked every year but you should pay same fees for 4 years paid on 1st year. Fees hike will be applied for new joiners not for old students. LPUNEST is best if you want to utilise scholarship opportunities. If u get more than 95% in Lpunest there will be 75% scholarship. LPU has placement record for placing 95% students in dream companies. There are major companies which visit university to place bulk students. I got placed in Capgemini and done intership for 3 months and got stipend.

There are daily fests in university. Major fests are one india, one world, coke studio and many more. Sometimes bollywood celebrities come to entertain us. And sometimes higher officials come to educate us. Students are not forced they can join fests if they want. Classroom are well maintained with AC, Projector. There is very big play ground in Lpu. Students can take part in all sports which is good for physical exercise. Sports are mind refreshing. There is a student block where student holds all rights to conduct fests, activities. Student cell is mainly for student run by students.

There are 8 hostel blocks. We can select our hostel block during admission process. We can also allocate for hostel mess where there is option of South indian, north india, or continental food. Hostel food taste is average. But don't worry we have many kiosks in front of hostel. We can choose our favourite food from many varieties at affordable prices. We have 24hr canteen and supermarket facilities in every hostel so we get food round the clock. There is swiggy and dominos service within the campus. Non veg is strictly prohibited within campus but recently they made a back gate to Non veg restaurant because of students demand. There we can get eggs, chicken at affordable price and good quality maintained by university. Free ambulance and doctor facility for all hostels.

There are 3 rounds in all companies. Placement cell helps us to register for placements and to prepare for soft skills. Placement cell conducts pre placement tests to train students. First round is written/online test there will be qualifying marks. Qualified students go for 2nd round will be coding or GD. Qualified students move for further round. 3rd round is technical and HR round. Technical round is about our core and major subject. HR round is about normal questions based on personal information.
